They have beautiful fixtures however communication is abysmal. They promised to send along a quote after speaking on the phone then they ghosted me. Did not return 5 phone calls or emails. I just ordered directly from the manufacturer for the same pricing. Ferguson seems to be a useless [and rude] middleman. read more

Do not shop at this store . The sales person who helped me with a sale lied about the delivery of my item. Had they been honest I would have made a different purchasing decision. Lying is not a quality one wants in a service provider. If they were dishonest about this, what else they going to be untruthful about? You only get one opportunity to make a first impression. Called to get a custom order medicine cabinet gave measurements and he (sales guy I think Adam) said he would email me despite me never giving my email. I asked if he'd like my email and at that point he took it but completely rushed me off the phone said he'd call back once he priced it out with vendor they work with. No call. I called back several days later and left message no call back again. Since they are down the block I stopped by no cars in lot, mask on I approached the door and no customers allowed but please call. I called mentioned I was In the parking lot, they said he was with a client but that they'd give me his voicemail? Lady I'm outside the store? What the heck? 2 months later no call back but hate passing this useless store every day on glen cove rd. Obviously too small of an order to be bothered with? 3 more bathrooms to do but thank you I'll take my business elsewhere. read more

I made an appointment to be seen since it was Covid, I waited a week for the appointment and when I showed up they would not let me in since I had my 7 year old son with me. We both wore masks but the showroom girl who I had an appt with said it's the stores policy we can not have children. I tried explaining to her that I was not told not to have a child with me and there are no signs on the door stating that. She starts repeating its the stores Policy and that she didn't make the appt with me all in a very nasty mean tone. So I just left and called the manager of the store explaining the situation and she told me that there was No such policy of not being able to come in to the store with a child. Horrible Service ! especially after being closed for months I would think they would want my business. Btw I am a loyal customer for years. read more

Zero stars more like it. After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment, selecting all items, and purchasing them, there has been zero response from sales person regarding important questions. I'm talking 5 days, numerous voicemails and emails with no reply. I guess once the sale is made they aren't interested in follow up issues. Also shipped wrong item. But can't get in touch with anyone to address this either. Go with green art plumbing if you can. read more

On a Saturday, went in to look at medicine cabinets. Called ahead, customer service was friendly and helpful. Arrived and talked to showroom manager, also helpful, and even got pricing for specific options. Said she would contact manufacturer on Monday to verify specs and call us early in the week. Monday no return call - ok, I'm eager but realistically ppl are busy. Wednesday I sent an email, no response - ok, maybe manufacturer is hard to reach. Friday I called - showroom manager not in, message was taken, no return call over weekend or Mon or Tues. ENTIRE REST OF SECOND WEEK - I was busy, made one more call at some point, they manager is out but we will pass the message along - NO return call or email AT ALL THAT WEEK. I find the manufacturer and call myself, get a hold of them on first try and get all answers in 15 minutes. Thinking I will give Ferguson one last time to take an order from me, bec they did help me that first day... THIRD WEEK - I call, reach a receptionist who says manager is in but busy, I say I understand can you please make sure she gets the message because it's been almost 3 weeks since we first spoke in the showroom. She says I'll put the message in front of her right now and "will make sure she calls you back". I say great, thank you! FOURTH WEEK OUT - FYI, no return calls or responses about anything, I've gone to *North Shore Plumbing and Supply* on Northern Boulevard, placed my order there within the hour. Ferguson is shiny and sparkly, but obviously doesn't care about consistent customer service. North Shore Plumbing is a little rough and you have to know what features you want, but they stay at the counter with you and go through catalogs and websites until you are happy and ready to order - and having worked with them before, I know they also CALL YOU BACK. Shame bec not only do I have the main bathroom to do, but I also have an entire kitchen to do, and I could have worked with Ferguson on that. And I have a skilled contractor who is honest and hardworking with loyal clientele, and he now knows what the Ferguson experience can be like for anyone he would recommend. FYI also tried to work with another Ferguson and they promised to reply to an email and they never did (it's been more than a week) If you don't look like a huge client, they won't give you more than MAYBE the time of day. We ordered all new kitchen appliances through Ferguson this summer and could not have been happier. We were in desperate need of an upgrade but had no idea where to start and had a new baby at home, so we were a little busy to say the least. Melissa helped us from start to finish picking something that not only fit the unique sizes we needed but also our style and budget. She helped us through the whole process including the delivery and installation. She even made sure we had the special parts we needed on hand before the appliances arrived so there was no delay. Melissa was friendly, professional and definitely knew what she was talking about. I would not hesitate to recommend Ferguson and Melissa to anyone in the market! read more

We had occasion to purchase a Newport Brass faucet from Ferguson in Greenvale NY. The plumber came and removed the old faucet and installed the new Newport Brass faucet. The NEW faucet was defective and leaked. We contacted Ferguson and they in turn immediately got in touch with Newport Brass. Newport Brass admitted the faucet was defective verbally but told the Ferguson rep (Christin) to send an e-mail to them. This of course did us no good as we were now without a working faucet. Newport Brass was in no hurry to correct this problem. Ferguson knew this was a poor way to handle the problem so they overnighted a new faucet from their warehouse to us. The plumber came again and installed the new faucet., Because we now had to pay to install the same faucet twice Ferguson credited our charge with the additional plumbing costs. Ferguson customer service was beyond EXCELLENT. They certainly did everything possible to see to it we were taken care of properly. We will never buy another Newport Brass faucet but we certainly will not hesitate to do business again with Ferguson. In this day and age to see such wonderful customer service is amazing. read more

What a waste of space nice big showroom very little inventory to choose from. Only a handful of fixtures from each category a complete disappointment. The real joke is they have plenty of room to put so much more hours you have very limited to their small selection that all looks like the same stuff. Their outdoor lighting selection was a complete joke absolutely laughable. What idiot runs the store they should find somebody more competent in business. If I ran my store like that I would be out not sure how they are in. read more
