For some reason, the representatives never informed us that the model we were getting to replace our 20-year-old dishwasher was actually a worse model with a less effective screen and absolutely no smart home connectivity in 2025. For an $1,800 dishwasher, that's incredibly disappointing. Now I've got a new dishwasher that's less intelligent and less useful than my old one, and I'm confused that nobody at Ferguson thought to mention that for only $100 more, we could get a much better solution. I expected better advice from them, so this experience has been very disappointing.

She kept saying how wonderful their "service" was, but couldn't be bothered to come to our actual condo, see it and discuss what we wanted and take measurements! That isn't our idea of "service"! It wasn't as if we couldn't afford anything they came up with; it's just that we had already received other estimates and theirs was so ridiculous, it was laughable. We ended up finding a contractor named AGA Kitchens which did an incredible job, addressing every concern that arose immediately ! He wasn't " cheap" but he was worth every penny! He did an incredible, incredible job, creating a stunning kitchen! As for Boca Kitchens and Baths? We wouldn't do business with them if you paid us after the incredibly rude way in which we were treated! We found the behavior of their sales associates to be incredibly unprofessional.

Different people in the company contradicted one another, causing enormous delay, and they try to blame the customer for not knowing every detail of every aspect of the bathroom remodeling. They will tell you that you should take time off of work DURING the duration of the whole thing. They advertise aggressively, touting their "40 years in business ", but if you question their work quality or work ethics, they will gleefully point out the illegal fine print on the contract that their charming saleswoman gets you to sign, that you "agree not to publish negative public reviews". Why is it illegal you ask? Check online. Florida laws prohibit this kind of customer suppression. Now you know why there is a huge difference between their raving GOOGLE reviews, versus the very grim Yelp reviews.

We decided to call Bruno to schedule an estimate. The following week Bruno, a soft spoken mild-manner man arrived with samples. My wife and I felt comfortable and not rushed as he took the time to answer our zillion questions and his suggestions. However, since this was the beginning of the process we needed to get a few estimates. What a waste of time! The other representative's/owners we invited had no vision. My wife and I felt the others were NOT sincere and were not invested in our dream kitchen like Bruno was. Throughout the process, I must have called Bruno 10+ times to follow up on questions that came up during other estimates. What really stuck in my mind was one day when I called Bruno and asked him about the Chinese cabinets. He said 'I DO NOT care if you use another cabinet company DO NOT install Chinese cabinets.' From that moment I told my wife we found our cabinet maker. I knew we had to look no further. In addition, to his honesty, genuineness, and integrity he is a visionary with fabulous suggestions that stands behind his craftsmanship and the quality of the cabinets, in my opinion, is second to none. The kitchen was completed in the first week of August/2016 as promised. Bruno from Alliance Cabinet & Millwork along with his employees are top notch!
