For some reason, the representatives never informed us that the model we were getting to replace our 20-year-old dishwasher was actually a worse model with a less effective screen and absolutely no smart home connectivity in 2025. For an $1,800 dishwasher, that's incredibly disappointing. Now I've got a new dishwasher that's less intelligent and less useful than my old one, and I'm confused that nobody at Ferguson thought to mention that for only $100 more, we could get a much better solution. I expected better advice from them, so this experience has been very disappointing.

She listens to what is important to you, takes into account your space and inspirations/tastes and works with you to create a beautiful collaborative masterpiece. She took those inspirations and made our own unique version of it that works beautifully in our space. She kept saying how wonderful their "service" was, but couldn't be bothered to come to our actual condo, see it and discuss what we wanted and take measurements! That isn't our idea of "service"! We ended up finding a contractor named AGA Kitchens which did an incredible job, addressing every concern that arose immediately ! He wasn't " cheap" but he was worth every penny! He did an incredible, incredible job, creating a stunning kitchen! As for Boca Kitchens and Baths? We wouldn't do business with them if you paid us after the incredibly rude way in which we were treated! We found the behavior of their sales associates to be incredibly unprofessional.
