We delivered the check and I received a text informing me they were just placing the order (June 29th, 5 days before July 4th). When I told them what Steve told me, they apologized for his miscommunication and said they cannot do that... but they were happy to get full payment. The worst part about their policies, and banks will confirm, a Homeowner's Association has basic, guaranteed funds as the Florida statute requires owners to pay their assessments... we receive some of the best bank loans, if ever needed... I declined because I didn't have a delivery date...then the regional calls and say once you approve the 100% funding for them to get paid I'd receive a date...I was give three delivery date...today after 8 weeks I was told two more weeks. Don't believe anything these sales guys tell you at the Delray Store...I have doubts I'll ever see the grill after three 2 week delays. Be wary of these guys
