The man that helped me was super dismissive and treated me like I knew nothing. Also he acted like I was an annoyance to his day. He did nothing to actually assist me. I went to Home Depot after to pick up some small items and walked through the appliance section. The gal there was super helpful and took the time to answer questions and look up a few things for me. I ended up buying the refrigerator from her. Customer service is important especially if you sell the same items that another local store sells. When it's time for other appliance I will go back to Home Depot first.

Could do job in summer. He never called back. I called him. I still had my signed quote to complete the job. Again he was quick to respond. Set a date to complete the work and again canceled at the last minute. Said he could do my job in November. Would call back. He never called back. My bathtub is still not refinished!! He is the most unprofessional contractor I have ever dealt with. We had a signed agreement which he did not follow through on. Beware!!
