Elida has been my go to person for questions and information. What an asset to the company she is! She was clear in her communication and understanding when we had questions. She contacted us personally when we got started and we were confused as to the process. If we had another bathtub, we would have Bath Fitter replace the one the one we have, but we don't!

Very long installation because of errors in parts delivered and also problems with shower doors. We…read morerequested a 3 inch shower floor step in. The drain was on the end of the floor. The first floor they brought had the drain in the middle. Then they brought one with a 6" step over. We had to wait for them to get the correct floor. The floor is also a bit slipper, making it hard to stand on. There was also a problem with the glass shower doors. There is a piece of rubber in the outside edge of the floor guide that did not allow the doors to move easily. The man came and attempted to fix it but it still does not work right. The cost was very high! Almost $13,000!

To accomplish this task we needed to work with a team we felt comfortable with and "heard" what we need and wanted. We found that partner with our project manager, Kelsie Brown. She met with me, my husband and one of our daughters where she understood this was a family project. We all felt very comfortable with Kelsie and we were able to build ideas together as to what our needs were. Our bathroom is small therefore we needed to maximize the space which included adding built-in and floating shelves. As the project started, Juan and Noe were the main builders on our project. The collaboration between us, Kelsie, Juan and Noe was tremendous towards the success of our project. Just like Kelsie, Juan and Noe listened to what we needed, made adjustments and were creative. Communication during any project is very important. When this team said they would show up they did. When they had to make adjustments, changes, anything, they kept us posted on what to expect and what comes next. This was appreciated and it was easy to work with them. We do not think we would have ended with the same result, if we had worked with a different team. This team also had the support of their manager, Brandy. Managing a team myself, I understand how important it is to support those who report to you. This team is a reflection of the support Brandy has given to her team. Twice over those years, Bath Planet/RFMC workers have come to our home to do minor work on the shower (install a new shower valve, re-caulk the shower, and attend to other minor maintenance. All of the technicians have been courteous and very efficient, completing their work quickly and expertly. We chose the Calatta Bulgari, it had the gold and vines that was not overwhelming, it's very pretty. We were able to choose a countertop for our island, but it was stored in the back and covered in plastic. Even when it was pulled out slightly, we didn't get a full, close-up view. In hindsight, I wish they had used a lift to bring it out into better lighting, like outside, so we could properly inspect it. After installation, we noticed several manufacturing imperfections that weren't visible at the time, along with a small cracked area that I didn't know about and our contractor didn't communicate during pickup. Overall, the selection and convenience were great, but I would strongly recommend thoroughly inspecting materials in proper lighting before finalizing your choice.
