If I could give zero stars I would and I urge you to avoid FergusonHome Tucson at all costs. My…read morehusband and I are planning to do a major kitchen renovation. I contacted FergusonHome in Tucson and spoke with sales representative Lindsey Peterson. At first I thought that she was quite helpful, but then I realized that she was disingenuous (at best) in her communications. For example, she told me that there would be no shipping charge for the delivery of our two cast iron sinks. I was delighted and thought that because we were ordering so many products from them that the shipping was simply included. However, that was not the true or complete story. I later learned that Ms. Peterson did not disclose to me that there might be an option of "white glove" delivery service in my area, which meant that while there would be a shipping charge, my heavy sinks would be delivered into my garage and not left at the end of our long driveway. Considering that my husband and I are of retirement age and we live in a relatively rural part of Arizona, this information should have been made clear to me. Her suggestion that we find friends to help us move them was outrageous. And even if delivery into our garage were not an option, she should have described and disclosed this information from the beginning. The story gets worse. To further complicate matters, Ms. Peterson told me that the Delta faucets that they offer have different (superior) components than the Delta faucets that are offered by the box stores. She told me that, for example, the Home Depot offers lower prices because the quality of their products is inferior (i.e. made of plastic and not steel.) Since I have used Delta faucets for many years, I called Delta directly and was told that 1. This is patently untrue and 2. Coincidentally, places like Ferguson (the Delta agent mentioned their name specifically) often make this assertion which is simply untrue. When I questioned Ms. Peterson about it she was unable to offer a rational explanation for the tall tale that she told me. When I asked to speak with a manager about it, I was connected to Kendrick Peters. He told me that "they can only go by the information that is given to them." I made it quite clear that I was willing to pay a little extra in order to get assistance and service from Ferguson, but I did not want to be misled or straight out lied to. Following that, I came into the showroom to look at drawer pulls and knobs and the sales clerk on the floor at the time (a man, I did not get his name) told me that "only OCD people would see a difference between champagne bronze (which is what I wanted) and their brush gold products." I was completely offended by that for countless reasons. I would have preferred that he tell me that they do not sell champagne bronze products at all. I cancelled my complete order and then had to persistently call and email them in order to get my refund. It took over a month for them to issue my credits. In short, the staff at FergusonHome Tucson only want to make a quick sale, are uneducated about their products and services, and, quite frankly, lack adequate training and social skills. May I suggest to Mr. Peters that he find a way to refrain from using the word "like" three times in every sentence that he speaks. And don't tell me "Gotcha" like I am a teenager. My recommendation to everyone here reading this is to go to a different showroom in Tucson. DO NOT USE FERGUSON HOME FOR ANY OF YOUR RENOVATION NEEDS. NEVER EVER.

Failed to make their promised delivery date. Delivery day promised during sales interaction…read more.. because of this, I could not be present during the delivery, so my wife was forced to sign off on delivery while taking care of our three-year-old son simultaneously. Delivery boys pressured her to hurry up and sign as they had another job that they had to get to within the next 20 minutes. Sales representative, very inexperienced with navigating clients through purchase of multi unit bedroom set. When I got home, I could quickly see that the bedframe, mattress, and the adjustable mattress base we're not compatible with each other at all. A fact even the delivery boys confirmed to my wife as they were leaving. Escalated case all the way up to consumer relations since district management was unwilling to resolve. Even this company's consumer relations team has no interest in resolving issues. I ended up going ahead and filing a dispute/claim with the credit card company to resolve. Will never purchase anything from this store again. oh, and Conns, Please just go ahead and save your canned response to this review. Only even spending my time with this review so that buyers beware and don't end up in the same situation you stuck me and my family in with a $6000 purchase.

This company is endeavored in employee intimidation, to the point of recommending employees that it would be in their best interest not to report situations that could lead to their being "let go". Avoid this company like the plague or covid-19, as they would rather stay open during a National health emergency, than caring about the welfare and safety of their employees. I was #2 in sales out of 11 employees for my last month at work. They let me go due to low sales. I'm also 62 yrs old, oldest employee in the store. The DM seems to have an odd fetish for spying via store cameras. I'm feeling like this is totally age discrimination.

Their clothes are separated by their color (love this!). Of course they have size dividers on the clothing racks. Clothes were in pretty good condition & I found that their prices were reasonable unlike another common thrift store in town. They even have dressing rooms! Only problem I found with their dressing rooms is there is no bench to sit down on if needed nor anyplace to set your purse. I only found 3 posts to hang clothes on but unfortunately others had left their unwanted items on them. I did find a rack outside the dressing room to hang your clothes on that don't fit/you don't like. I had to use the bathroom while there & found the ladies room clean & they even had more than one stall. There was two water fountains outside of the bathrooms & one had a filter water option so if you happen to bring in your water bottle you can fill it up with filtered water. I wish on their shoe racks that they had the sizes on the shelves & their shoes organized by their size. I found an expensive pair of dress pants for only $5.00! I also found a large selection of crafting scissors & bought a couple of them to use with a scrape book that I want to put together. There was no line when I went to check out. The cashier was nice. The store didn't have a strong smell of air freshener like some other thrift stores have. I didn't feel gross after shopping here. I'll definitely want to stop in here again next time I'm in town visiting my friend. I was very impressed. :-)

Determined it was a burned pump and quoted $350 to repair. But he included a 2nd $85 charge for another return visit. Other operators stock parts and don't require a 2nd visit. I even asked ahead if he would have parts for this model and he assured me he would have them. I ended up just buying a new dishwasher. When the installers came, they found that the hose was clogged and so I shouldn't have even needed a replacement. This should have been a very simple repair. Instead I wasted $85 on an incorrect diagnosis and spent $600 on a new dishwasher I didn't need. Be sure to confirm that repairs can be made the same day. And be sure that your service tech does a thorough inspection of hose lines.
