If I could give zero stars I would and I urge you to avoid FergusonHome Tucson at all costs. My husband and I are planning to do a major kitchen renovation. I contacted FergusonHome in Tucson and spoke with sales representative Lindsey Peterson. At first I thought that she was quite helpful, but then I realized that she was disingenuous (at best) in her communications. For example, she told me that there would be no shipping charge for the delivery of our two cast iron sinks. I was delighted and thought that because we were ordering so many products from them that the shipping was simply included. However, that was not the true or complete story. I later learned that Ms. Peterson did not disclose to me that there might be an option of "white glove" delivery service in my area, which meant that while there would be a shipping charge, my heavy sinks would be delivered into my garage and not left at the end of our long driveway. Considering that my husband and I are of retirement age and we live in a relatively rural part of Arizona, this information should have been made clear to me. Her suggestion that we find friends to help us move them was outrageous. And even if delivery into our garage were not an option, she should have described and disclosed this information from the beginning. The story gets worse. To further complicate matters, Ms. Peterson told me that the Delta faucets that they offer have different (superior) components than the Delta faucets that are offered by the box stores. She told me that, for example, the Home Depot offers lower prices because the quality of their products is inferior (i.e. made of plastic and not steel.) Since I have used Delta faucets for many years, I called Delta directly and was told that 1. This is patently untrue and 2. Coincidentally, places like Ferguson (the Delta agent mentioned their name specifically) often make this assertion which is simply untrue. When I questioned Ms. Peterson about it she was unable to offer a rational explanation for the tall tale that she told me. When I asked to speak with a manager about it, I was connected to Kendrick Peters. He told me that "they can only go by the information that is given to them." I made it quite clear that I was willing to pay a little extra in order to get assistance and service from Ferguson, but I did not want to be misled or straight out lied to. Following that, I came into the showroom to look at drawer pulls and knobs and the sales clerk on the floor at the time (a man, I did not get his name) told me that "only OCD people would see a difference between champagne bronze (which is what I wanted) and their brush gold products." I was completely offended by that for countless reasons. I would have preferred that he tell me that they do not sell champagne bronze products at all. I cancelled my complete order and then had to persistently call and email them in order to get my refund. It took over a month for them to issue my credits. In short, the staff at FergusonHome Tucson only want to make a quick sale, are uneducated about their products and services, and, quite frankly, lack adequate training and social skills. May I suggest to Mr. Peters that he find a way to refrain from using the word "like" three times in every sentence that he speaks. And don't tell me "Gotcha" like I am a teenager. My recommendation to everyone here reading this is to go to a different showroom in Tucson. DO NOT USE FERGUSON HOME FOR ANY OF YOUR RENOVATION NEEDS. NEVER EVER. read more

Update: in previous review I mentioned that we would not be returning to Ferguson. And we did. Only because our building has an account with them. We regretted doing so. I can believe the amount of money we spent on appliances benefits this company and not the actually brands that have their own showrooms. The folks at Ferguson know very little about Subzero, Miele etc. even worse the sales manager lacks some serious professionalism and communication skills. Everything we ordered was back ordered. The least they could do is keep us apprised in the status of our order. My husband found a work around and stayed in contact with someone at subzero to let us know when our refrigerator, freezer and wine fridge would be delivered because emails to Martha were basically ignored. We knew that our order was delivered to Tucson and Ferguson didn't even know or bother to let us know. It's honestly just disappointing to spend your hard earned money at a company who really doesn't care about their customer. I would not work with Ferguson again. read more

I regret writing a bad review but I cannot get my owed refund for a trim kit and installation of that trim kit for about 3 weeks now. No one is ever "there" to handle my refund. When I bought the microwave and trim kit, Lindsey said, "WE CAN REFUND ALL OF THIS IF YOU DON'T NEED IT". The installation crew saw I had my own trim kit and said, "WE WILL RETURN THIS AND YOU WILL BE REFUNDED TODAY...for the kit and installation that we did not do." SO, where is my refund? Why cannot I get ONE PERSON to tell me where it is/the status of it? I call and email...and no one to help me. They owe me about 700.00 and the longer they pretend to be unavailable, the more time they have to forget that they owe me/invent an excuse about not remembering that the trim kit was returned the first week of November by the installation guys. I've given them three weeks....and I am still waiting. read more

We are getting our entire kitchen done and the company that is doing it, recommended us go to Ferguson to look at purchasing our new door handles and pulls as well as our kitchen faucet. I walked in and there was a girl at the front desk, like a store receptionist? She asked if she can help me find anything, I advised her that we were getting a brand new kitchen and that the company recommended me coming there for kitchen handles and pulls as well as faucet. She looked at me and pointed and said "Oh ok, go take a look, the kitchen and bathroom stuff is all mixed together" ---and that was it! No offer to help, no offer to find someone, no suggestions. I proceeded to talk the showroom and they had a lot of beautiful items. I passed at least 4 employees--at "appeared" to really be doing nothing---there were no other customers in the store. NOT ONE of them asked if I needed help finding anything! I stopped at some of the faucets to see pricing--only about 25% of them had price tags on them--I found not one single faucet for under $400!!! I walked the store and looked at their assorted knobs and pulls, which there were no price tags for any of that. Still not being approached. What a shame, I was ready and willing to spend money there...but because I got zero assistance---I left empty handed and annoyed! I promptly went to the company doing my kitchen and told them they should stop referring people to Ferguson as they were useless with assistance. read more

We had to modify every aspect of the prepped areas and they never finished the install. Then we waited for a quote that never came. We wound up going with a local plumbing supply store that was amazing. They were very professional and actually followed through at every stage. The local plumbing supply stores are great, but I wish I can give the same praise to the showroom. If you're building a home or remodeling, my suggestion is to go anywhere else but the Fergusons showroom. The sales staff is friendly but a complete mess. In addition, most items in the showroom are either in disarray, partially assembled, or damaged. The list of problems we experienced is extensive. We were encouraged to create an online account to add items of interest. Then reluctantly gave up our login and password to our sales consultant because she haphazardly merged 4 other clients account with ours. They have no idea on lead times. Just stating she seen 1 year lead times on some items. So with that feedback, we had to constantly contact our consultant to place our orders. That took 2 months. Product arrives well short of a year and they want us to take immediate delivery. Fergusons tailors to highend clients so they should be aware that custom builds and remodels are never on schedule. Adding the the warning of a year long lead times, how can you expect immediate delivery? They threatened to place our items up for resale. Our contractor was forced to take delivery early, only to have the order short. Before setting up the delivery, they charged my CC which they had on file without approval or even sending me a receipt. I found out through an alert from my bank. Delivery calls with a 15 minute warning and shows up an hour early at the wrong address. To top it all off, that great pricing we got, I found the shorted item (same P/N) on Amazon for 2/3 of that discounted contractors price we supposedly received. I should also mention our contractor had many issues with them as well. He mentioned to me he'd never recommend Fergusons again to any of his clients. Bought a brand new wall Kitchenaid microwave and oven back in October. Had to resize the wall opening and as of this day we are waiting on a part for the microwave. Microwave needed a new part after one week. The Ferguson lady laughed and said it happens more then you realize. Well I'm 68 and I've never had this happen. There were other problems. Workmen were supposed to come out to measure the space and I had no call on the day they were to come out. Called Ferguson's and they said they had moved the time. Never informed me. Have called a couple of times and no one calls you back. I would never use this company again. You'd do just as well to go to Home Depot or Tucson Appliance. I really liked my sales representative in Tucson. I bought an expensive high-end dishwasher by Hestan. Well, the slider plate on the bottom was never installed. I can be patient about that. But the very heavy door with a robust stainless steel handle has broken hinges (since day 1!). It basically fell to the ground and hit my toe. Since then, trying to get Ferguson or the manufacturer to do anything is a part time job full of calls and emails. No one has taken ownership of this problem--except me. I am cancelling my refrigerator from Hestan that I ordered at Ferguson. It's not whether mistakes are made that I care about--it's all about how they are handled. Neither Hestan nor Ferguson are worth dealing with. If things change, I will update my review. But this is crazy! read more

We used Ferguson for fixtures for our bathroom and are extremely disappointed. All they do is place orders and they don't even do that right. When we had a problem with what we received (wrong product) they made us do the leg work to have it properly replaced. On top of that, a year later a piece has broken. We bought from a high end line so we should not be having issues so soon. When we called they once again said I would have to contact the company and that they only keep paperwork for up to a year. I feel as though as soon as the product has been sold and they have made their money they wash their hands of their customers. I won't be going there again. read more

I have found every part that I've needed for my older Kohler Coralais tub/shower and sink faucet, as well as newer Kohler Wellworth and and older Sterling Windham toilets. The prices were high, but not as high as I thought. Keep in mind though, the service is almost always shotty; you pretty much have to know what you're looking for before coming in. Otherwise they'll be of no help, look at you with confusion, go through the computer for four hours, or talk down to you; the guys that work in here are real pompous jackasses, in my opinion. read more

We're spending a hefty amount on a new kitchen remodel and while they did deliver our appliances on time, Fergusons installed a faulty dishwasher. Their customer service is atrocious, aggressive, and just plain difficult to deal with. We've asked for another dishwasher to be replaced but they will only repair the part that is broken. I went to Ferguson to buy items for a bathroom remodel in San Diego. The showroom was extensive and filled with quality items on display. I was shown a display of shower heads with running water so I could gauge the intensity of the water pressure from various shower heads. That was awesome. The associate I worked with, Ashley was knowledgeable, attentive and generous with her time. It turned out that because of her concerns for CA regulations I was unable to make my purchase in Tucson and Ashley couldn't have been nicer about it even giving me a copy of my order and contacting Ferguson's in CA.
