I received a text from the tech the next day saying he'd been out and wasn't able to do anything but he'd send me the part # if I wanted to order it myself. I replied and asked for the part #. I went there (it's a cabin out-of-state) a couple of days later and could not find any evidence he had even been there. I texted him again asking for a part # but never got a reply. They've since sent me a bill for $117.43 for services rendered. I'm having a real problem with this as I don't even know if he went there, much less did anything. I finally got a part # when they sent the invoice weeks later. I'd already had it taken care of elsewhere.

The customer service is outstanding the delivery when they come to deliver my things and set up is outstanding. I go to see Matt for everything I need for my house whether it's furniture or my appliances he gives great advice if I'm looking for something in town like I'm looking for you know a plumber. I can absolutely trust his recommendations. I just cannot say enough of good things about this store And the customer service and not just from Matt Matt's my favorite that's who I always go see, but everybody in the entire store is extremely helpful and polite. If you see something in there, a couch or chair and you like it, but you don't like the material they can have that made for you in whatever material that you want, they will let you know how long it's gonna take, and the cost.
