He would not work with me or call on a manager to help however. If he knew the tiles did in fact come from this store why wouldn't he take the extra step to work with me? It was about 8 tiles. Couldn't be bothered to ask a manager if they could work with me given that we had obviously bought a sizable tile order from them and given that the tiles obviously came from their store. He saved his employer $25 but lost a customer. I had driven quite a ways to get there. Not really customer service oriented. We did like the tiles we got from them however.

What was once an uncomfortable, underutilized area is now a beautiful basement with a dedicated office, a workout space, and a much better-sized, well-organized utility room. In addition, they replaced all of our carpet with hardwood floors throughout the main level, and the results are amazing. The craftsmanship and finish quality exceeded our expectations -- the house feels completely elevated and refreshed. Noam was exceptional throughout the entire process.
