Before going in, I called ahead to check if they had kiddie pools in stock. The employee on the phone was great--she took the time to physically check and confirmed they had several available, which I really appreciated. When I arrived, I worked with the Assistant Manager, Vanessa. She was polite and walked me outside to where the pools were stored. Unfortunately, this is where things started to fall apart. The pools were stacked haphazardly in the back corner of the lot, completely uncovered and sitting in direct Colorado sun. As a result, every single pool I saw was warped, dented, and misshapen from heat exposure. Vanessa had to climb over pallets to reach them and pulled one out from underneath a stack. The plastic was visibly bent in multiple places. I asked if there was any possibility of a discount due to the condition, and she quickly said, "we don't do that." When I pointed out the warping and explained my concern, she said discounts are only given if there are holes--but also admitted she couldn't guarantee there weren't any holes because of the condition of the pools. That was frustrating. It felt like there was no real effort to acknowledge the issue or offer any kind of reasonable solution, even though the product clearly wasn't in good shape. I ended up buying the pool because I needed it, but I left feeling taken advantage of. While the employees were kind, the way the products were stored and the lack of flexibility in handling an obvious quality issue didn't sit right with me. Personally, I wouldn't return. I'd recommend driving a little further to Murdoch's, where you can find similar items and (in my experience) better product quality and overall value. Update: After leaving this review, I was contacted by the general manager, who took the situation seriously and issued a full refund while allowing me to keep the item. I really appreciate the follow-through and effort to make it right. This response felt much more in line with the customer service I expect from Ace.

Today I called Ferguson to see if they had a blower motor for my home HVAC. The customer service representative Celine Struble greeted me on the phone sounding very happy and welcoming. Nice start. After telling her what the issue was I received an education on the various things that could be causing the problem of a screaming AC unit. Celine helped diagnose the problem and eventually ordered a blower motor. A technician wanted 150.00 to come to my house to diagnose. Celine gave me the same service and more for free. If you call Ferguson for a HVAC issue. Ask for Celine Struble.

When we contacted customer service, instead of taking responsibility, they made us pay for the replacement items upfront and told us we'd only get a refund once the incorrect items were returned. This is such a poor way to do business. If a company makes a mistake--especially on an order this expensive--they should be the ones to fix it without putting the burden on the customer. To make matters worse, when the reordered items arrived, they were missing parts. Between the lack of accountability, the customer service frustration, and the quality control issues, this has been a stressful and disappointing experience. I expected much better from a company of this size. Would not recommend based on our experience.

I was worried that something had happened during delivery that I was unaware of." He has tons of product knowledge on…read moreall types of appliances but more importantly, when our kitchen remodel went a little sideways ( not any fault of S.A. ) Kevin worked extra hard to make sure the product we bought from him got delivered and installed as quickly as possible. Our cabinet install had some mistakes which affected the flooring install which prohibited the scheduled delivery of our appliances. All of this was again no fault of S.A. yet Kevin was great and worked extra hard to make sure our appliances would get to us much faster then what might have been. On a fun note, Kevin invited us to a few cooking demo/classes that were fun and informative. Something you don't get everywhere. He is very responsive, professional and friendly.
