Lili has been my nurse for both of my treatments so far and she is terrific! not only is she gentle, kind and caring - she checks up on the customer at every turn to make sure they are doing well with the treatment! i felt extra confident in her because of her experience as a nurse - all Milan's laser technicians are actual trained medical nurses! it feels so much better to know that a nurse - rather than just a layperson - is doing my treatment! I was surprised to see how painless the laser was as compared with waxing, tweezing, electrolysis, etc- I can barely stand the pain of waxing but found laser surprisingly tolerable. perhaps most important are the results - im only two treatments in and have already seen a drastic reduction in hair growth on the areas that have been treated!
