    I bring my chevy truck here for oil changes. I actually look forward to getting oil changes. Everyone is nice any welcoming. The waiting area has free donuts and coffee and comfy seats. Prices are the same or less than the fast oil change places. Plus they enter all my maintenance history for my truck on the chevy app. They are running a great service department here.

    Searched high and low for a 2024 ZL1 Camaro. I reached out to dozens of dealerships online, and only Ferman provided straightforward answers. They had the car I wanted in stock and communicated with me perfectly. I drove 2 1/2 hours to view the car, and I was greeted promptly by Joe K upon arrival where they had the car waiting my inspection. Unlike many dealers, there was no mark up on the vehicle. The buying process was simple and no fuss. They did not push all the extra add-ons and warranties (they did offer). In and out in a fair amount of time. My only wish is that they were closer to home for my next purchase.

    What an absolute horrid customer service experience. I'm from the Atlanta, Ga area and have been to my share of Chevy dealers. This was by far the worst I've ever been treated in my life. I have a 2017 Chevy Impala currently has 58k miles and my air conditioner's evaporator core is defective. There's a bulletin on this replacement that orders customers to take affected vehicles to dealers for a replacement free of charge. Spoke to Steve on the phone explaining the issue. He stated I needed a bumper-to-bumper warranty in order to be covered but suggested I bring paperwork of bulletin up to service for them to verify it's "legit" as he hasn't had this issue with Impalas. I explained I didn't have time to waste and wasn't internet in making blank trips but would bring the letter i was provided by a repair shop up to Chevy for them to "verify". I arrived at the service department and spoke to Rob who told me there was nothing they were gonna do for me and stated "GM isn't going to help you." He stated my vehicle was excluded from the bulletin since the covered repair wasn't linked to my VIN. He said "You have that paper, and I have this paper" insinuating it was a tit-for-tat battle that he was going to win which meant he wasn't going to help me or make sure my issue was taken care of. I asked for GM's cooperate office number and he told me to Google it. Thank you GM for the worst customer service in the business. I cannot wait to contact someone at the cooperate office! DO NOT BUY OR DO BUSINESS HERE. Take your time, money, and prized possessions elsewhere!

Saw an ad years ago for Brothers Auto Sales, Palm Harbor, Florida, I stopped in, saw a Dodge Charger I liked, took a test drive and bought it, and since then I've purchased two more Chargers from Mike, one of three brothers, Frank Jr and Matt, who staff Brothers Auto Sales, and they take care of me every time as if I were an old friend of the family, something you don't feel anywhere else when you're shopping for cars anymore. Brothers Auto Sales has thrived in this location for over 28 years when Frank Sr., Mike's dad, moved the family from Queens, New York to Florida and started what's now become something of an institution by selling reasonably priced, mechanically sound used cars, trucks and SUVs priced well within most budgets, that are clean inside and out, even the engines under the hood are ready for inspection. I've owned Cadillacs, Mercedes, Jags and a couple of Rolls Royce's but the three Dodge Charger Hemi's I've purchased from Mike at Brothers to use for "daily drivers" have all been strong, fast, reliable, but most of all...fun cars to drive and that's why I keep coming back to Mike at Brothers when I'm on the hunt for my next ride. He is an outstanding gentleman and if any curious customer is reading this; despite the mixed experience I had at Sun Toyota, I think he'd be the most likely to take care of anyone at this dealership after talking with a large handful of people over many months. I found a car yesterday but I was confident Lee would have found me something had I had more time to decide, as I'd only recently been put into contact with him. He easily deserves 5 stars and if anyone is desiring a 5 star experience with a rep who doesn't include unnecessary warranties and will try to work with your budget at this major dealership, he is your rep. I hope management takes note of how he performs and chooses him for a leadership role; because if my experiences had been this way from the start, I likely would have gotten a car a long time ago. It wouldn't hurt for him to lead a class to correct the general culture and service that I saw displayed otherwise. My very best of luck to Sun Toyota in all its future endeavors.

I'm not sure why they continue to reach out but ID LIKE TO BE LEFT ALONE PLEASE!!! As someone who has purchased a lot of vehicles over the years, Maus Nissan of Brooksville I can confidently say is the worst dealership I have ever dealt with bar none. In 2023 I went to this dealership and purchased a 2022 Chevrolet Camaro 2LT. What drew me to this vehicle was the competitive price listed online, so a couple of friends and I went to go see it. I brought my trade and sat down with a sales person. After I test drove the car I told him I wanted to move forward. After letting someone else demo the car in front of me while they had my approval in hand and after a few hours i reluctantly decided to move forward. Once I got into finance I was pressured into purchasing an extended warranty that I did not want in order to get a rate I more than qualified before. The whole car buying experience was stressful from the start, and you would think that would be the end of it. But no, they manage to make it worse. Within 30 days I sold the vehicle because I was not satisfied with its condition. Regardless of warranty, with how poorly I was treated I wanted nothing to do with this dealer. So I traded the car in and had to still return to get my extended warranty refunded. Fortunately that was the least stressful part of my whole interaction with them. The reason why I am writing this review is because since this purchase I have received non stop calls, text messages, and emails from people at this dealership. FOR YEARS even though I do not own the car that I purchased from them and after several times telling whoever called me to leave me alone the calls persist. The number is blocked, yet I constantly receive voicemails still. I hope whoever at Maus Nissan reading this removed my name from whatever list it is on. I am tired of being harassed. Don't ever go to this dealer, and if you unfortunately do you may need a new number and email in order to be left alone.

The advisors I had before them were equally terrific. Norm was my and my children's tire/battery tech when he was at the Sears Auto Repair, but when he moved to TTB, it became "One Stop Shopping." Enjoy your free coffee while you wait and the snack bar is certainly above the standard fare. And, yes, they will have your car washed while you wait if you like.

When we arrived, there were at least six salespeople standing around the parking lot. As we attempted to park in the customer parking area, several salespeople were walking around our vehicle, making it unnecessarily difficult to pull into a spot. They appeared to have plenty of free time, yet no one seemed particularly interested in helping customers. After finally parking, I rolled down my window and asked two individuals if they were salespeople. They simply replied "yes" and offered no greeting, welcome, or questions about what we were looking for. When we asked about the Highlander Hybrid we had come to see, one salesperson immediately responded, "Nope, that's not here. What they post on the website is never right, you just have to come in to see what is actually available and we don't have that price that is posted, never accurate." Not only was this frustrating after driving such a distance, but the salesperson's attitude came across as dismissive and argumentative when speaking with my husband. The interaction left such a poor impression that we didn't even want to get out of the vehicle to see what inventory was available. We understand that online inventory can sometimes be inaccurate, but there is a right and wrong way to communicate that to potential customers. A little professionalism, courtesy, and genuine interest in helping customers would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, our experience was so negative that we left without even stepping inside the dealership.
