I passed Valerie Bell, who has often been our superbly wonderful service rep, on my way in to get a cup of coffee. She was warm and personable and insured that a rather ancient "free oil change/tire rotation" was honored (which had been the reason I came in on ladies day, just in case it COLDN'T be honored, however 'free' was even better! I enjoyed watching the tech work on my Honda fit as though it were his own Automobile and was super pleased that I was in and out of there with my servicing complete and a full report of things to take care of in the near future and the order in which to do those things most economically thanks to Josh. My early morning /evening driving is deteriorating, so I questioned why I would ever think about a 7 AM appointment in the future however today's experience made me realize I will definitely consider how very quick and cheerfully I could start my day AND drive out with my FIT being in shape shape (and Clean!!! with pollen, even though my husband had it washed mid-February I was embarrassed, bringing it in looking so 'tired'. Again reason to think that my hands-on tech did a superb job despite that.

We did all the work they suggested -- $2700 worth. When we picked it up, there were many alerts on our screen that were not there before. We took it back. They said it was our back up camera that needed to be replaced for $1800. The only problem was, we never had those alerts before we took it in. (It was the braking system, lane keeping assist, auto high beam, road departure mitigation system, adaptive cruise control, and collision mitigation system.) I think they are milking us for money.

    DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE!!! Especially the gray 2021 Hyundai shortage !!!!…read morethankfully, I had the sense to have this car looked at by a mechanic before purchasing. The mechanic found many issues that needed to be fixed. Nick at Verena denied that these issues exist. Even after giving documentation in writing of the issues that need to be resolved from the mechanic, the mechanic at verena denied that anything was wrong. He even went as far to tell me that even though the sensor code was coming up for the airbag that he was confident and saying that nothing was wrong with the airbag, knowing very well that the only way to diagnose it properly is by having Hyundai/Kia plug it into their computer system to see what the remedy is. I worked with the sales person Julie she's absolutely fantastic. Unfortunately, she's not working for the most reputable honest dealership. I highly recommend Danny's Auto in Safety Harbor when you're a customer, they don't charge you to diagnose. He is a non biased great mechanic that has nothing to gain from the transaction. He went above and beyond, and thankfully, for him, we will not be stuck with a lemon. Now I assure you that there's going be a response to this review just like they always do and it's going to be completely unsupported with facts. I can provide documentation of conversations along with diagnosis paperwork from the mechanic and also detailed information regarding my conversation with the mechanic Nick at the Verina dealership and I can also show text messages. Run don't walk away!
