I had a very concerning experience here and would not recommend this shop based on how my situation…read morewas handled. I originally brought my vehicle in for a diagnostic/coolant issue. The shop sent an approval/deny request by text for additional work, and I did not approve it through that system. I also only asked questions about pricing over the phone. I called because they wanted to charge me almost $500 for a part and around 200 for labor. The OEM part goes for no more than $130. On the phone call I did not clearly authorize the repair. Despite that, I was told the work had been done. When I questioned it, I was told I had given verbal approval, which I disputed. I was not willing to pay 700 plus dollars for this repair when I knew It was not worth that. I told them to go ahead and remove the part they replaced and give me back the original piece. This ended in a heated conversation over the phone. When I went to pick my car up, I asked questions about what was done and tried to get clarification, I felt like my concerns were brushed off, and I was not allowed to speak with the technician who worked on my vehicle. They refused all communication and I was asked to leave. After leaving, I noticed serious issues related to the coolant system. My coolant reservoir was completely empty, my heat would only work while driving and not at idle, my coolant temperature reached 258°F while driving, and I found what appeared to be a loose hose/coolant residue and a damaged or broken-looking cap/part near the reservoir area. I am including photos of what I found. Regardless of the disagreement about authorization, my biggest concern is that my vehicle did not appear to be returned to me in a safe or properly completed condition. I paid for the diagnostic, but I left feeling extremely uncomfortable with the lack of communication, the lack of clear answers, and the condition of the vehicle afterward. I would strongly recommend getting everything in writing, asking for detailed documentation, and carefully checking your vehicle before leaving this shop. Or avoid this place at all cost!!!!!

I really appreciated the manager's patience as I bought another Groupon while he waited as well as guided me how to find the right location. He was so very helpful. We needed our tires rotated and he pointed out the military discount after seeing my husband's Navy hat. He also made us aware of a loose hinge on our exhaust. There's nothing I appreciate more than great customer service. I will happily return to this location for the great service we got.

I made it from Carrollwood to Lutz (ultimately picking Tire Choice after I called and was able to secure a 6:30 appointment). The sweet lady who works the front desk called me and said that they could service the tire an hour sooner, which was perfect since I was almost there anyway. Dylan was efficient and diligent in patching the tire. What could have been hundreds of dollars only cost me $42 dollars, which is a very happy ending to an initially stressful experience. I definitely recommend this location as a reliable auto shop to have your car serviced. I would also return to this location if I have tire needs (which I hopefully will not) in the near future!

I dread going to big places on highways (like US19) because they always scam me and tell me things I don't need. A relative of mine recommended E & N Auto Services and it was the BEST advice I had ever listened to!!! Knowing I was on a time crunch. I pull up to E & N Auto and I am immediately helped! I first just ask for a patch for the flat tire. I was in desperate need to new tires, but had no time and was so hard to find them for a good price, installation, and quality! Took less then a couple minutes and Robby patched up the flat and I was ready to go! We walk to the office to pay and he says I really need new tires (safety was an issue at this point). Robby took such good care of me! I went to run a couple errands before hitting the road and in the mean time Robby said he would call the get tires at a great price and quickly! AND SO HE DID! He got me AWESOME QUALITY tires and at an UNBEATABLE price! Within a couple of hours after getting a flat Robby hooked me up! I will not trust any other auto service place like I do E & N Auto!
