I was shocked when the owner tried to rip us off simply because we dressed up nicely. He assumed we had a lot of money. We informed him that the brakes needed replacement because the vehicle shook and vibrated badly when we braked on the highway. He falsely diagnosed the issue and claimed that the entire front suspension of the Audi needed to be replaced, with an estimate cost of almost $8,000. This garage was incredibly slow and took them all day to provide me with a quote on the necessary services. We were so frustrated that we walked out and went to a different garage. They listened to our concerns about the front suspension replacement and examined the vehicle. They determined that the front suspension was fine and that only the front brakes and calipers needed to be replaced. We paid the new shop $1,200, and the issue was resolved. The vehicle no longer shook or vibrated, and it drove very smoothly. The price difference between the two garages was staggering--$1,200 compared to $8,000. I strongly advise against taking your luxury vehicles to this garage. They lack the ability to test vehicles and are not loyal to their customers.

They quoted me for two new rear tires, which I agreed to, and it took a few days since the tires had to be ordered. When I picked up my car, I immediately got a warning that the rear passenger tire was low. I assumed it might just need time to recalibrate, but after driving only about 5 miles home, I checked and it was at 14.9 PSI. Since they were closed, I added air myself. By the next morning, the tire had dropped again, clearly a slow leak. When I called, Jerry told me I must have run over a nail. I explained that the tire was already low when I left their shop. After pushing the issue, they agreed to replace the tire--but refused to reimburse me for a rental car, even though this was caused by their mistake. Fast forward to now--I went to America's Tire to check my front tires, and they told me the rear passenger tire is a different tire than the others. I never authorized mismatched tires, especially after paying for two new ones. This whole experience has been frustrating and disappointing. Between the initial issue, lack of accountability, and now discovering mismatched tires, I have no trust in their work. Buyer beware--this shop does not stand behind what they do.
