Highly recommend Jesus from Fernandez Electrical Services. He replaced a 25+ year old fan and light in a master toilet alcove and added a GFCI outlet for a bidet. During our initial consult, he advised us that certain bidets took a high amount of power draw, and we needed to keep that in mind when choosing to either tap into an existing line/switch/outlet or get a new dedicated line from the electrical panel. I had not considered the overall power draw and was very appreciative of the advice. Also, the quoting process was very professional and transparent. Jesus made quick work of running the new line up the scorching attic (Summer in Sacramento). Originally, we were going to use 12-2 cable, but since it was a dedicated line, we opted for the cheaper 14-2 cable instead. Jesus was accommodating and found some remaining cable in his service van to save us some money. One could tell he is a no non-sense kind of guy, hard-working, and is very solution-oriented. He identified a potential problem early in that the space between the joist would not fit the Panasonic Whisper Quiet Fan we provided. We had not anticipated this and had to go buy a different fan. Even with the smaller fan, it had trouble fitting in, but Jesus was able to complete the fit. Despite the hiccups caused by our fan choice, Jesus got the job done well. I was referred to Fernandez. When I told him what my issue was, he was the only one who showed up from 2 others. I was having the water line and outlet under my kitchen sink that the dishwasher was plug into giving shocks, to the person changing the water filters ,and installing the new dishwasher. Fernandez, is a young man who has the ability to solve unusual electrical problems. He took his time and finally found the problem. It was complicated and took a bit to find where the connection was not grounded and touching to cause the shock when touching water hoses and outlet under the sink.
