He even fixed other dentists flawed crowns and explained and showed me on video how they failed. He replaced them and I have NEVER felt more comfortable with them. He is there not to push services, but to actually make sure your oral health is beyond fantastic. Everyone in his office is so sweet and professional. His office is so clean and inviting. As you enter, you run into Rachel (his lovely wife) who will make you comfortable and share her knowledge and information on what your plan does, and does not do. She will make sure you leave with confidence in what you are going to do. Noemi (dental hygienist) is gentle and will keep you smiling. The actual Dentist(Dr. Quesada) looks young, but do not be deceived...He has the expertise of a doctor that has been practicing for over 40 years. I have been going there for over 14 years. Yet they treat me like I have been going there since I was young. Just an FYI-My kids and wife love him and his office too. YOU CAN NOT GO WRONG. When I first walked in no one spoke. I signed in. After 10 minutes I hear someone screaming, she said '' she can't do that, she has to be cancelled. Where is she, within seconds I hear my name. The staff member screamed my name from the lobby, so embarrassed. Another person was waiting in the lobby. With my visit I usually wait 15-25 min, sometimes longer when the doctor is behind but it's always worth the wait. Today was different. I went to the glass window and she said in a harsh tone, we have to cancel you, you came at 11:15 and your appt was 11. In reality I pulled in the parking lot at 11:10am but I sign in at 11:15am. She really didn't hear what I said to her, She only said I have to reschedule you in 3 months??? Wow I was very disappointed. I had already waited 6 months for an appointment. I also have two pain in two teeth. She could have ask me to step inside the door and speak with me, instead of screaming in front of everyone. She didn't even give me a courtesy call while I was driving & sitting in traffic to let me know she was going to cancel me. I took the day off from work for the appointment. Truly not happy with the service today. I'm a loyal patient and I always send referrals to the office for years. She did not apologize. The lobby only had one person waiting?

I should have been more patient and received a summary from Dr Padron , however, I had a virtual class that I couldn't miss. Dr. Padron is amazing.
