My 80-year-old grandmother has been a patient here for the past year for dentures. They removed her bottom teeth so the dentures could properly fit, yet after all this time, she still has NOT received them. During one of her recent visits, they caused her mouth to bleed by forcing the dentures to try and fit in her mouth. When she expressed concern to her doctor, Dr. Bustillo, she was essentially blamed for the issue. Mind you, my grandmother has worn dentures for over 20 years and recently underwent heart surgery. She can barely speak above a whisper, yet they accused her of being "nasty" and ultimately KICKED HER OUT of the office. We are talking about an elderly woman who deserved patience, respect, and proper care not rude treatment and dismissal. The entire experience has been heartbreaking and extremely unprofessional. I would never recommend this place to anyone, especially those seeking compassionate care for elderly family members.
