I had worked with two other SC realtors before and while each had their pros and cons, both were higher on my list when I interviewed to sell my Bonny Doon home. Yet Danny differentiated himself as the best for this particular sale both during my selection process and the sales process. What set him apart? 1) He HUSTLED. When I first contacted him to let him know I'd be open to selling my house off market (along with the two other realtors) he was the ONLY one to find potential buyers. He brought 3 people to my home within a month of my mention that I was open to selling. No other realtor brought me one. When I decided to list with him, he was Johnny on the Spot with tremendous responsiveness overall. 2) He has construction contacts and works them hard, not just providing static referrals. I needed to get my house and yard looking good (had renters before) in very short order as I didn't have the cash flow to go without rental income for long. In our interview, when I explained this need, he actually got on the phone in that moment and scheduled his (very good!) landscape guy for Monday (this was a Friday).
