When you do get them on the phone, it seems like that you are invading their space. One time I was inquiring about a place to store my RV - never getting any info on size, rate, availability, etc. after 8 days of nothing, I drove over there and was told, sorry we rented our last storage spot out yesterday... The RV park is beautiful and well maintained. Mostly catering to long-term construction workers. I was fortunate to find another place that was very less money, professional, spacious, available immediately, and actually has covered spots available.
