Anthony is amazing as a manager and has made this park a great park. Everybody is happy and working which is nice. Never a bad experience with Anthony, Any issues i have he solves them within minutes. Just happened to come upon this RV park because being it was Friday every other RV place we called was full or didn't return our messages asking for a site. The woman ( owners sister) who answered the phone was great! She was friendly and very accommodating. The park is a little off the beaten path which is fine by us. It is also is up against rolling bald hills that overlook the beautiful wild horses that live naturally in Reno. Would stay here in a heartbeat when passing through. Seems to be a newer establishment and the price is very reasonable. Clean laundry room. read more

Unfortunately this park lost a few stars because of how our stay started . The first 2 weeks were horrible. We had a drunk neighbor, with friends , that was very loud and played loud music till around 1 am. They also were hitting our trailer and making sarcastic remarks towards us. The manager at the time ( Don) was horrible and would not address the situation. We asked to move away from the noisy neighbors and Don did not follow through . After 2 weeks Don was let go and we met the new manager Anthony. Anthony was absolutely amazing . He finally got us moved and went above and beyond as a manager. After moving we still could hear that noisy neighbor playing loud music in occasion. We were far away enough where it did not bother us . In my opinion this neighbor should have been kicked out for not following the rules . In our 2 month stay there were sheriffs that showed up , which subtracts a star . The people in this park are not very friendly and very rude . There was a handful of people that were nice . All in all this was the worst park we had stayed at . You have to pay $10 to use shower or bathroom, never have I ever seen this in another park . The spot are very close together , which makes it where you do not have any privacy. The closet we have seen in any park . They sell meth pipes in the store which I didn't like . The store is way over priced . $5 for a small container of sour cream . They do have a wide range of drinks . Huge alcohol section . All in all I would drive the 25 minutes to town to purchase anything I needed. Even though I have 3 stars I would give Anthony a 5 star !!! He was absolutely amazing and hope in time with him in charge this park changes its ways . read more

our family stayed here since february 2024 until recently. we witnessed how unfairly this park is managed over the few months we stayed. the park has rules that ALL that stay are supposed to abide by but that's not the case. quiet time is supposed to be 7/8pm and yet neighbors will stay up and drink and talk loudly until early hours of the morning, and no matter how many have complained they were still allowed to stay. for months, a guy had taken pictures of the neighborhood kids and was caught doing so yet when confronted, (while the grounds keeper Anthony was there) and told cops would be called if he didn't come outside and answer questions, guy stayed inside and left early the next morning. after which Anthony made clear he and his boss were upset with the loss of business. we were experiencing drainage back up and before we could even address the issue with the park management, Anthony had come over to tell us about neighbor complaints addressing the issue and to replace our drainage snake or leave without even hearing our side, so we just agreed and replaced it knowing it was their drain not our trailers snake. a few weeks later, Anthony comes back with more complaints but this time aimed at our children with claims of proof so I followed him to the office where he then played coy like he didn't threaten me with proof of some crap to get us kicked out. and when all he had was a picture that was taken out of context and not at all what he had claimed they had done he then got loud and cocky saying we can just leave cause he doesn't need to show me anything. after a screaming match between he and my husband, Anthony then called my husband a n**ga (my husband is part black, Anthony is not) and then called the cops to have them get us " ignorant people" out of the office. after all that, he then made up a rule, on the spot that we couldn't get any portion of rent back because its oddly past the "10 day clause" yet when asked where that rule was cause it wasn't disclosed upon arriving at the park and its not on the park rules and regulations he responded with "oh I'll print it up later today, don't worry". after the sheriff left, Anthony dropped off a 7 day notice. with our family on the road to owning our own property and having our house being built and on standby, this place was a temporary hold over and I'm so glad to be done with it. if you plan to stay here, good luck! read more
