Their prices have skyrocketed (fine, it's inflation), but their customer service has completely gone into the toilet. In the last few months alone, they have not delivered some or all of my cleaning on the (not expedited) schedule they promised. The last straw was this week. The attendant told me that my shirts were not ready. When I complained in frustration, she could care less. "It happens," she said, getting annoyed with my frustration rather than taking responsibility. After talking to the outside vendor who apparently actually cleans the clothes, she said that they not ready because they were doing me a "favor" because the shirts didn't get cleaned properly, so they were doing them again. When I asked her to explain what that meant, as I paid for shirts (like every other time), and what it means that they were doing me a favor, she said she could have just returned dirty shirts. What???? Appalling. Worse, when I asked for the contact information of the owners, she said I could call the main number but it wouldn't matter "because they're my in-laws." I tried to explain to her (as she seems on the younger side) that this was terrible customer service and that she should appreciate what it means to take care of a customer--e.g., figure out how to make it right, offer a discount, do something to show that you care about customer satisfaction. She flatly retorted, "we just don't give discounts." Well, it's not about the few bucks of the discount; it's that they just don't give a flip. I told her that maybe I should take my business elsewhere, and she replied arrogantly: "I think you should do that." There are plenty of dry cleaners in the area. I'll take her suggestion and our business elsewhere.

First of all the shirt is couture, and was not remotely cheap, and has only been worn a hand full of times. Secondly I don't care if the shirt was from Walmart, if we take it to get dry cleaned without a hole and then get it back and the arm of the shirt is ripped with a huge hole that's beyond repair I'd expect an apology or an offer to fix it AT THE VERY LEAST. This was not done. In fact they blamed my husband. We have been in this neighborhood for a long time and will make sure to tell all of our neighbors to never go here. The guy kept repeating how he couldn't trust what I was saying like it was a he said/she said between me and the actual company doing the cleaning. 1) Your business is the front facing establishment I am doing business with - this is your responsibility. 2) he sent it back for free, which I was fine with - why the attitude? He made me mad, but it was unnecessary given we had a next step. When I went back to get it, it was almost all out, and he said he would send it back again, but again, it was the attitude. "This is the last time I will send it back for free" like it was my fault it happened - and at that point I'd already made up my mind I wasn't coming back regardless because of how he treats his customers. My husband went to pick up the shirt (it was his) and it was actually all out, but they started telling him how the stain wasn't pointed out the first time and he said that's because it wasn't there when it was brought here. They argued with him saying it was red sauce (no, it wasn't) and then another guy from the back came out swearing at him telling him he was a scam artist. We had arrived at a pretty easy solution, but they upped the tension each time to really piss us off with their attitude. Just be more customer focused!!

I paid $68 for the dry cleaning and over $80 for the alterations. I think the work was done nicely. I will say I thought the waist alterations would be different. They folded the cloth in and sewed it together. I thought they would be taking cloth out, but I have never had alterations done, so this was an assumption on my end. The work was done when they told me it would be, so I would recommend this place.

Yet when you look inside the machines you see green and black mold growing and smell mildew... I should have taken that as a sign. Extremely overpriced. Total cost to wash sheets, pillowcases and a comforter: $22. Money that has now gone down the drain with no apology and no refund... I had to wash them all over again further away at a relative's house but the urine smell would not come out so I ended up having to throw my expensive sheets away. I just couldn't bare the smell. more money lost. I don't know whether the urine smell came from the washers or dryers, so I would not recommend this place altogether.
