The Woman that does the alterations took my items away from the store to have someone off premises to help w orders mine was one of them . She claimed after 2 months that she was not able to get to my items and that I should come back and pick it up . Couple days I returned to retrieve my items she says she can't find them and that she would look . After a week 2 weeks no call from her I go back to the store and she still says she can't locate the items . This week she offered me 150$ proudly to compensate me for my 2000$ purse and 700$ shoe she basically stole . I called the police and filed a theft report. Do not take your items there they steal and stand by their policy of paying out to you 10x the cost of repairs which isn't fair that a policy is written and gives them permission to basically steal and pay you whatever if your items are lost or damaged .
