In the 16 years I've been filling up here I have only had two incidents where the attendants were…read morerude. Today is as the one that means I will not go back there. I pulled up and noticed they were pretty busy, and started the process of entering in my data into the pump. A short time passed with attendants walking by without assisting me, so I began pumping myself since it appeared they were too busy to help. Once I did that, a young man decided to confront me about it and when I informed him I was trying to be helpful since they appeared busy - he scowled and began behaving like he was angry and became confrontational about the situation. He continued to press the issue with me, and then decided to pull the nozzle and tell me to leave. He then decided he would take a photo of my license plate and then proceeded to tell me to get my "beat up ass truck" out of there, and he was going to make sure I couldn't get gas there again. As I was trying to leave to he continued his harassment from across the station and at that point I took a photo of him which then triggered another employee to get involved and they both continued to attempt to intimidate me with a show of force. I will be sending the photo and this review to whomever operates that station. It's a bummer because I really like a few of the people who work there and have become friendly with them over the years.

I noticed they tried to give anyone with a dog milk bones. Maybe clear it with the owner first. Just like children, they may not want the dogs to have treats. The selection in the store was good. I was so confused why this man was asking me for my card and what gas I wanted, but after he explained that he pumps the gas for me, It made sense. He was super friendly and helpful which is what prompted me to write this. That was such a weird, but nice experience. I figured it was an Oregon thing but the next two locations I stopped at, I had to pump the gas myself. So I very confused as to when I'm supposed to let someone pump the gas for me vs. me doing it myself. But overall, great service, cheaper prices than most of the other places I've driven through, and they pump it for you.

Recently converted to PEAKS, immediately raised all prices, so quickly that shelf price is often incorrect. While the people who serve customers are very good, it is clear that profit. Is the only motive. I now go to a 7-11 further away, nearest place just to get the daily paper and lower prices generally.

I gave the Man at the pump my card and asked for $15 regular. He confirmed $15 regular back before…read moregoing back to the pump. He said the machine doesn't like my card. I quickly looked on my phone at my bank account and saw that a $50 charge had been declined just second before at the gas station I was getting gas at. He then went on to explain that a $100 hold was to be expected to be ok my card now. I questioned him why would that be, I'd never heard of such a hold on a debit card due to a decline at a cash station. I then asked why was there intact a $50 change attempt from him instead of $15. He denied trying to charge $50 and then asked if I tried the new burger joint across the way. Strange and very sketchy. Never have I had a bad experience prior or with any other employee at this gas station but I will be weary of this particular employee and choose another gas station when he is working. I will be returning another day to personally report this person so hopefully this mistake can be cleared up.

We got a mango peach smoothie, which was good and tasted like real peach. And I got an iced salted caramel latte which didn't have much saltiness to it at all, wasn't very creamy (I would have thought I had almond milk), and the espresso didn't stand out at all - tasted mostly sweet. So definitely somewhere for people that like their coffee to taste more sweet than like coffee! They had a nice little selection of food, from donuts and a yogurt parfait to breakfast burritos and sandwiches. I tried a sausage breakfast sandwich; the sausage and egg were good and they use the super artificial american cheese (that i'm guilty of enjoying specifically on breakfast sandwiches). All that was fine, my problem with the sandwich was the bread. It was like a slider bun that seemed to have been microwaved or something?? Also the bun was tiny, would be much better with an english muffin. Would not get the sandwich again if i were to stop here again but tbh I wouldn't stop here again as there are much better drive thru coffee shop options around.
