I sent him pictures and what I needed, and he texted back the estimate. It was about what we thought it would cost, so we went with him. He came the following Monday to view it, measure and we gave him a deposit. He thought about a week and said he would call when finished. He called in 4 days and said he could install that day, and came in 20 minutes. The installation was quick, efficient and expertly done, and perfectly matched the other side. With Paul, you are talking to the builder/designer at the same time. On my second visit, I had measurements and a finalized-Walgreens/CVS/Walmart photo printout of the gate design I had wanted. He also showed me the materials he would be using for each of the component so that I know what I am committing to. So far, he had my full confidence. During today's installation, Paul did a very thorough job making sure the posts were cored (drilled) and cemented into the ground. Afterwards, he made sure the door was working properly before and after installing each component. He prides in his work knowing that it will last a very long time.
