She was responsive, professionals and really listened to what we needed and wanted. In the middle of the project we decided to make a last minute change. She found the bushes we wanted at a store 30 minutes away...Kara went to the store, got the plants and brought them back so we didn't have to wait another day to have the plants delivered. They just show up and call you right before they come. The couple times I did call and I think I spoke to the owner he does not know how to provide customer service. He was irritated with my questions. I just wanted to be on a schedule to get my tree replaced. They got my money already. This place is super expensive. I do love my tree though.

We felt confident investing more upfront because we were assured the trees would be covered. Unfortunately, one of the trees dried out and snapped within just a couple of months. I reached out multiple times regarding the warranty, but instead of honoring it, I was offered 50% off a replacement. Even when I attempted to move forward with that option (despite believing it should have been covered under warranty), follow-up was difficult and communication was lacking. We were disappointed with the overall customer service experience, especially considering the investment we made. As it stands, we cannot recommend purchasing based on a warranty that is not honored. If management would be willing to reach out and stand behind the warranty by replacing the failed tree, we would gladly update this review to reflect a resolved situation.
