It seemed that they might have just received some plants because all the employees were busy stocking plants. I was impressed at how healthy the plants looked and the prices seemed really good. I was polite in my request, and if providing that information wasn't possible, I would have appreciated being directed to the website instead. Unfortunately, the receptionist's responses came across as passive-aggressive, which made the interaction unnecessarily unpleasant. Providing helpful and courteous customer service is important, and this experience did not meet that expectation. And unfortunately, I'm not surprised, many people do not like to work nowadays.

Anna knows her stuff and she loaded into a golf cart to go look at EXACTLY what I wanted. Two weeks later they were delivered and planted at the agreed time (the weather cooperated too). The installers were meticulous and careful around our other plants, adjusted the trees to make sure placement was ideal, they even put a bag of mulch over the ground to blend it in. How often is the entire process, including sales and service in any business so perfect? Chambersville was competitively priced and is a well oiled machine, I would purchase from them again and highly recommend them.

Upon delivery and installation 3 weeks later, 3 Eagleston Hollies and a Purple Pilllar looked 75% dead and have since died. Multiple emails and phone calls have gone unanswered. I get it, they don't have warranties but we questioned them when they went to deliver and they said "give them some time, they will come back." They didn't come back and now the company won't call back. Lousy way to run a company.
