After a quick conversation of what I needed I placed my deposit and the day before the event his employees came and set everything up. My guest sat inside perfectly spaced out. I used my dining table for appetizers and meals were served outside with drinks and a really nice set up. The guy Freddie that i spoke with over "seemed" like he cared. I would like to see if he follows up…read moreas his driver Nate called earlier than planned and said he could come early as he had to go to Miami. I explained we only the pavillion at a certain time of 130 but would be there at 115. He didn't come until 2 and when he told me the price i said no, im not paying full price to which he rudely responded "well, i told you where i was coming from." So i answered back, "well, that's not my problem!" I told his boss that but i don't think they cared, and it took half an hour to set up so we lost an hour time and they only took off $15 which is ridiculous as the party was done at 5. To make it worse i told the guy Nate we had to be out by 530, yet he didnt come until 6 so we had to wait there for him. No apology, no explanation, no anything. He did arrive with a blunt in his ear which was very unprofssional. No tip was given which im sure he was pissed about but after his lateness and the way i was talked to i dont care. I wont be using you guys again and letting the parks know as well. While the bounce house was fun, the rock wall and second ladder were broken in many places and wasnt functional, so that defeated the purpose of the racing, but it still served its purposed but definitely not worth over $300. I think there was a lack of professionalism, i get that sometimes you also bring families when you work, and while i didnt mind as i even offered the kids cupcakes and the grandma water, i even asked the attendant if he needed help the attitude wasn't necessary
