I like this Festival. They always got specials. Some say the prices are expensive. Well: Yelp-Steve-O says you get what u pay for. They run deals. Hello. Use the store coupons. They have the best meats in town. Along with whatever else I want. The whole crew is always friendly and helpful. This place is always clean. If I can't find something people help me. Now you know Yelp-Steve-O is a veteran. Well, they even have parking spot for veterans. That's a first for this guy. I love getting the Burgundy steak. Go to the meat counter and order it up and thank you for thanking me for making this recommendation. They also sell it in a roast. It is absolutely amazing. When I got home from Iraq, first thing I did was drive on down to the local Festival for Burgundy steaks. A tradition in my family is the Burgundy Roast on Christmas eve along with twice baked potatoes and all sorts of amazing goodies all brought to you by Festival foods. Ah Festival Foods. My old, familiar, WI friend. I needed cheese. Wisconsin Cheese. And I wasn't sure if I was going to have time to get to a cheese store. But In WI, go to any grocery store and they have tons of stuff from local cheese suppliers. Fresh Cheese Curds. Check. Other cheese that my friend insisted on me getting. Check. More Cheese Curds. Check again. I also appreciated that I could do a build your own 6 pack of WI brewed Sodas (I love Stevens Point soda). Also, more fresh Cheese Curds. read more

I went to the meat dept to get some of the game day wings on Dec 18th. Robert was there to help me. I asked him how many wings come in a pound? He said about 8 wings. I asked for 2lbs of the honey bbq all flats. He repeated it back to me and said " you really want all flats?" I said "yes please." He began to pick through them and acted as if I was a bother. When he got to 8 of them he weighed them and said yup that is one pound, do you want more? I said, yes 2 lbs. He then shook his head but continued to bag them. He handed them to me and said "have a good day ma'am" I asked if I could please have another 2 lbs of the plain wings and again all flats. (Normal they ask if there is anything else I can get you) He rolled his eyes at me and aggressively bagged the rest of them. I sensed his aggression and said to him, I know it's a dirty job to have to bag my chicken wings but somebody has to do it. He laughed. I then went to the service counter for stamps and the wait was horrible. I waited more than 10 mins for help as there was an issue with the customers in front of me. One of the floor managers asked the cashier supervisor to call someone to the desk to help. That supervisor came over to help. He said do you just need ​stamps. I said yes. He rang them up and the transaction was over. I got home unpacked my groceries and noticed that Robert did not give me all flats in my chicken wing order. I should have checked it in the store but assumed that he gave me what I wanted. I have never had horrible customer service in any festival​ foods. The employees are usually all really friendly. I visit this festival at least once a week but may just go to a different one after this bad experience. read more

I live close to this location so I go here the most out of any other grocery store in my area. I love the deli options. Sushi and gyro kits are fantastic! They always have good quality produce and a great selection of meat in the meat department. They also sell cookie dough by the tub which is a life saver around Christmas. The only reason lack of a star is the prices can be high comparable to other groceries in the area and they really lack any ethnic food (specifically Asian options). I would recommend this store if you want good quality grocery items. read more

I've written about another Festival location and because they're all pretty identical, I love this location for the same reasons: - Free Wifi (yep a grocery store with wifi!) - Hot bar with a variety of foods (chicken, mashed potatoes, mac and cheese, pastas, etc.) - Salad bar, by the Hot Bar...plenty of selections for any kind of salad - The sandwiches and fruit cups make a quick, convenient meal - $5 Sushi Wednesdays! - Seated area to eat your food! This location has big, plushy booths that are comfortable to sit in and good for groups around six people. I wanted to write this review because I wanted to highlight the awesome service from the deli department staff. I was sitting at a booth doing work for a few hours and had plenty of time to people watch and see the staff interact with them. One gentleman said hi and asked everyone how they were doing (even me)...and I mean everyone, he didn't miss anyone. Many people couldn't figure out the self check out register and saw multiple staff assisting people. It was great being a fly on a wall and seeing the staff being genuine and go out of their way to help any customer. read more

I like this store, but yes can be very busy! Maybe a festival foods in ashwaubenon would be nice! Hint hint.

This Festival is a busy one, as it's located right off the highway and is easy to get to for the West side people of Green Bay. It's smaller than some I've been in, but I'll tell you, It's always clean and stocked. If you ever have a question, no problem, they are happy to help you. The Flower Dept. always looks great, so that even if you didn't need flowers, you want to buy some. Their produce always looks fresh and clean and is stacked neatly, I'm always afraid to grab from the pile for the whole thing slipping down. The meat dept. is always in great condition, and you can ask to have something packaged special, i.e. weight, size, number, they're very accommodating. And there is always some kind of special markdown on something in the case. They have a nice variety of ethnic food, not great but good, you could find what you needed in a pinch I'm sure. The checkouts are never in a long line holding pattern, you get checked out fairly quickly, and with a smile. They need to fix (change) there mobile club! Without a cell phone you can not get there discounted price or even know what they may put up for a fast sale. Over the weekend I was told they had game day wings really cheap, good only fri/sat, was actually at the store Sat and never seen anything about it. When I asked about it, was told that was sent by text only. Can you say DISCRIMINATION? I guess they only want shoppers that have cell phones. :( read more

Because I live and work 15 minutes north of Green Bay, I shop wherever it's convenient, most of the time. This includes Copps, Woodmans, Olsen's Piggly Wiggly, Super Ron's, and Festival. Festival Foods on West Mason consistently has the best produce (hands-down) of any of these stores. The people who work there have always been terrific (though the fact that they are now required to say "Hi" to every customer is a little creepy). They have employees who are handicapped (wheelchairs), and I love that. They bag for you (if you like) and will load your car up with a smile. When I requested a product they didn't have, they got it and called me personally to let me know. While I have to admit saving more money at Woodman's, I hate their produce, so the difference is worth it to me. We also love Festival's seafood selection, and the bacon cheddar hamburgers are delicious! read more

I've shopped at the Festival in DePere and on W. Mason St in Green Bay for several years. Their Deli is magnificent as well as their bakery!!! The employees are friendly and helpful and they keep the shelves well stocked and everything fresh in produce! I couldn't ask for better. read more
