I was appalled at how long we were waiting just to be told "sorry, we can't do anything" My dog began puking around 5:30 am, I tried at home remedies and he was doing ok. Then he started puking again, laying down, panting, rolling to relieve pressure, lethargy so I knew something was really wrong. We arrived around 8:15 and had called ahead explaining all the symptoms, waiting about 15/20 mins to get triaged, 15/20 mins for triage and the explanation of xray or lab work to be done. Then it was 4 hours of waiting after we were told my dog would be taken back for an xray and to further the intake with a doctor. Even another patient signed out AMA (whom we were chatting with in the waiting room) after they were taken back and waiting for about an hour and half in a private room, and they told us "good luck" because they too were tired of waiting. It was very distasteful how now one updated us, came to take my dog for X-rays, labs or even to recommend going to another place with lower wait times. Truly what made it worse was after we expressed our concerns and understanding of how things operate, there was still no compassion.

She was very accommodating and patient with us throughout the whole process. Dr. Kalwa and Dr. Ruby were wonderful throughout our time here. Dr. Ruby quickly triaged and provided updates on my grandmothers dog, Bella. Dr. Kawla answered all of our questions, and gave us all of the time we needed to make decisions. Dr. Kalwa helped Bella cross the rainbow bridge, and I truly could not think of a better person to help families through a time like that. She was very empathetic, kind, and spoke with so much compassion and love. She is truly in her element as a veterinarian. I would not hesitate to take any of my animals here in case of an emergency.

The front desk I spoke with (Brooke) was so kind and helpful! My husband brought my cats in that day and Dr. Sinclair was on time for our appointment and SO THOROUGH I could not believe it. She was so knowledgeable, kind, extremely helpful. Even by the next morning the medication she gave us has already helped my cats problem area! I could not recommend this vet enough!!!

When they called to rescheduled, I was pushed back 2 months before I could get scheduled again. I couldn't accept that for my dog. I found a new quality vet. I have a wellness visit in 2 days and the surgery scheduled in less than two weeks. I've always had quality care at Rock Spring vet. But I also felt like they did not care about my dog with his surgery back 2 months, unacceptable. I wish I didn't have to take this action. I care about my dog's health and I won't be disrespected.

She's a nice enough person, but a little bit of an oddball - but wow, if you get into a disagreement with her, look out below, because that's where the relationship is headed. Anyhow, there's no shortage of veterinary practices to choose from - so just - ya know - trust me a bit on this one and move on to the next option. Goodness gracious where do I even start I came in for an…read moreappointment as a new client with my dog for allergy issues. The receptionist Lynn was super nice and overall made me very comfortable however when I was brought to a room the so called Tech Gabbie was extremely stand offish and not friendly. She basically pushed my dog up on the scale to get his weight ( he was scared and didn't want to get on it) after that she had a rude tone and asked what I was there for and so I explained. She then began to say maybe if my dog wasn't so dirty he wouldn't be itchy. ( my dog has had allergies his whole life pretty much and around this time of year is when they start back up) I explained that to her and she got an attitude and said she will let the dr know and that he would be in shortly. The doctor came in and i explained everything and he offered a prescription for apoquel ( which so far is working great). The dr was not the most personable but overall a nice man. I'm glad my dog is feeling better and not so itchy anymore. Overall decent experience except for the tech Gabbie. Someone should really teach her some customer service.

As many that know me know I treat my pets as royalty!! They are so special to me!! I have tried out…read more4 vets in the area and I will never try another! Bel air vets have stolen my heart! I have been to to from issues with my Pitbull having severe skin issues all the way down to eye issues with my yorkie. They have been truly accommodating! When I breed my female yorkie for the first time when she turned 4, Dr.trout was my go to doctor. He was pretty new to the hospital but was a great source of knowledge with getting me through her pregnancy. When the puppies were born, he throughly went through and accessed all of them and help to steer me in the right direction to make sure they were all healthy. They do offer spay and neutering, which after my yorkie was done breastfeeding her babies they took care of spaying her, and did I great job! They offer laser therapy to eliminate the scar that's normally left after their surgery...well I opted to get it for my yorkie and you couldn't even tell she has had surgery. It was about an extra $30 which in my book was worth it!! The staff, especially Miss. Tina, is so wonderful. Even though it's normally always busy they continue to smile. Miss. Tina has been a wonderful help with making sure I always get what I call for. I travel a good amount and needed my vet records a few times and she always makes sure to assist me even from afar...so thanks miss.Tina!!! If you need flea, tick meds, euthanizing, simple vet visit or anything pertaining to your animals, they are the place!!! (They offer military and EMT discount..they may have senior but I am unsure)

I have 4 dogs, so I'm there pretty frequently between yearly shots and sick visits. There are times I've had something come up and need to switch an appt. (single Mom working full time life ect..) here and there so I have to pay a $76 deposit for every appointment I make. These are not 'No Shows', these are either day before or sometimes same day I've had to reschedule, actually I can only think of one time I had to change same day so.... ok fine I just pay the deposit now. I had an appt. for 3 of my dogs for tomorrow morning for yearly vaccines, I called today at 1pm to reschedule because I ended up having a work meeting come up after I had made the appt. Apparently I was supposed to call at 10am? Anyway I got scolded and threatened to keep my $230 deposit getting the full soup nazi treatment. You are nothing but $$$ to them no matter how long you've been going there, my first dog is 7 so it's been 7 years So yea, I've had enough GOODBYE!! Seriously just imagine something came up that morning, flat tire, anything then I'm out $230, HELL TO THE NO!!

They have no idea what they're doing and are completely incompetent! Our dog left there in worse shape then when we brought him in! We took him to another vet and they figured out the problem in 10 min. Homeward bound one of us to keep bringing him back so they could keep charging us outrageous fees for doing absolutely nothing. This is a horrible place and I don't understand how it's still in business to be honest with you.
