Called for a 2 miles round trip he also had another passenger he passed my destination so he took me down town to drop off the other fair 10 mile there and back he got rude with me and passed my destination 2nd time.. he tried to charge me $25 then said would be less. Called for a ride, guy said he'd be there quickly. Waited 45 minutes and called back, completely different person answered, said I was SOL. Finally got a call after over an hour and a half later when I was already home. There management sucks, and this is not the first time I received this poor of service from them. Okay they say they compete with Uber and if given the option definitely go with Uber. The drivers seem to be incoherent. They call you then hang up. They text you to call them. You call and they seem confused about what's going on and say they'll call you back. When you try to call dispatch the phone goes straight to voicemail. The worst service ever I called them at 10:12AM requesting a taxi they said the wait will be about 30mn max .No shows so I called back, dispatcher said it will be another 20mn wait without an explanation or an apology for the inconvenience, she just hung up. Finally a taxi showed up at 11:21AM. 69mn to get a taxi if I knew I would have walked and made it in much less time.(2.6 miles, 58mn on foot) Good communication and good service is key in any business. Did not exist today with Payless. Won't use them again. read more

Still using taxi services that picks up other passengers while you're in the taxi? Charging outrageous prices. Lyft and Uber is available in fort Smith Arkansas. Much cheaper and prices stays the same, no group passengers are picked up. read more

Good job and not too long of a wait. They keep you posted on way. Less $$ than ole Razorback cab. Less than Uber and quicker.

If it was an option I would give them zero Stars I wouldn't even give them one star. And it's unfortunate for the good drivers that actually work for them but Lord Jones the supervisor he gave me and my girlfriend a ride last night and robbed us and kicked us out not even a mile down the road and said he took us almost halfway that we owe him money for us telling him that his driving was bad and I didn't even say it like that what I had said was that his driving is terrifying me because he was texting and driving and swerving all over the road driving erratically he's a horrible person I don't recommend this taxi service to anybody I had to call the police to try to get my money back and I still didn't get it back I believe he was on drugs I'm not sure though but how he was acting he was acting like he was on drugs be careful if you get in the car with him he text and he drives takes screenshots and if I wasn't on the phone with the police I believe he would have put his hands on me read more

I scheduled a cab yesterday for six oclock this morning, called at five to confirm they would be here, she confirmed six am, they were a no show, called them at ten after six they had not even sent anyone yet she said she would get someone right out, called again at seven still had not sent anyone, so I told her forget it. If I could give them zero stars I would. I called last night to arrange a ride to the hospital for surgery at 5:15 this morning. They said I needed to call 30 mins before pickup time to confirm the taxi. I called and called and called and called- no answer. I finally had to drive myself to the hospital and am now trying to make arrangements to have my car returned to my home. Apparently, they have blocked my number since it goes straight to the voicemail box that has not been set up. Unreliable doesn't begin to cover it. read more

Not very professional the drivers are nice but when you call and they say they're going to send a driver it takes anywhere from an hour to 2 hours. Call up there requested for a cab and guy asked me a cash and told him yes he said okay we'll have some and give you a call didn't ask location or nothing very unprofessional. read more
