We moved from Anthem to Spanish Trail over a year ago, and haven't went out of town since, mainly because of our babies. We have a Pomeranian and a cat that do not like to be boarded, so we prefer someone to come to our home. My husband found Fetch on-line, and I met with Nancy. The animals immediately took to her as soon as she walked in the door. She spent 30-45 minutes just getting to know me, my pets, their habits, etc... took notes and 2 days later we left the key under the mat and we were off. While we were gone, she gave us updates, texted us with questions and even sent us a photo (she did ask me if I liked that sort of thing 1st). She thanked us for our generosity (a small tip we left for her) and most importantly when we came home, the babies were very happy and healthy. They looked great, were happy to see us but not stressed at all, the house was in great shape, cat litter clean, everything in order. She also brings a copy of her business license, etc when she meets with you. Thank you Nancy! Now we can start vacationing again! xoxox Rolf, Meow! read more
