Everything was perfect. Woody, my Maltipoo, couldn't wait to go in. The job they did was great! My only ask was that his head left "boxy" as I don't care for the poodle cut! It was a perfect cut! Just made another appointment for tomorrow! Needs a summer cut, I've waited too long! If I had to mention one thing was that they missed cutting his "doo claw" but it is hidden up on his leg! I'm old and when I play or he is trying to get my attention, he paws at me and rips the thin skin on my arm. But again, I was unclear, my fault. This time I told them when I made appointment. Also the prices are $10 cheaper than the place I was going previously and they will brush his teeth for $5 extra! Yes too wordy but I loved this place! So often we only write poor reviews but this time, I'm taking the time! Always a return customer! read more

We ask for the same length all over every time to leave our 2 Shih Tzu's cute and fluffy and every time they shave the entire bodies and leave full faces and tails. We always ask to leave a couple inches and not even an 1/8 of an inch is left. This happens whether they have zero matting or a few pieces. I manage to brush them out. Both came back with cuts a couple times in the same spot by the right front leg. Will be going somewhere else to get the haircuts and care we want. read more

My partner and I moved from California less than a week ago and since we have been so focused on the move, we realized we never took our dog to the groomer! I happened to see that this pet groomer is the closest one to our home, so we decided to take her here. BEST IDEA EVER! We are so pleased with her haircut! And honestly, it is the best haircut she has ever received. I wish I took a picture before her haircut, but she had a MASSIVE clump of earwax stuck inside her ear, our vet and previous pet groomers have said it's not possible to remove it. Great service, good prices! Very hard to beat that because I called so many grooming businesses and nobody was near affordable but had "luxury" prices that were ridiculous in my opinion. But this place is great! And because of this they're always so busy and fully booked. So you have to book at least a whole week in advance to get in. And they don't always pick up the phone. Overall grooming services are great and their prices are just right. read more

Better than GREAT. We took our two 4-month Old ShihTzu's in for their first bathing/trimming. I was over the top stressed that they would be stressed. Dawn the owner was wonderful with stressed parents. I had wanted to stay with them but it was nicely explained that Parents just stress out their own dogs and the others dogs as well. All the grooming is done in in sight of the entry ALL the dogs we saw were happy and beautiful. Our wee Cinnamon and Charlee left the Groomerie beautiful, soft and happy. No more yelp reviews for me! My dogs nails were cut too short several times and packed With white powder to stop the bleeding, plus the hair wasn't trimmed around their feet and I could've done a better job just washing them at home I am so pissed. Also my dog was left with red tear stains plus mucus in his eyes. I am so pissed! These people do not know what they are doing which explains why they rushed me out of the facility. Oh! Did you drop my dog because he began limping that night and it went on for five days. I should have taken my dog to Bow Wow Meow right down the street! read more

My family has been taking my dog here for years (back when it was 'Le Chein') because we love their service so much! I like how I can always refer to my dog's name when making an appointment over the phone - so personable! Grooming service usually takes a couple of hours on busy days, an hour and a half during normal days. My dog always comes out looking so fresh and so clean after every visit. read more

New to Vegas my mom and I had just taken my pups to petsmart to get my lil Chloe and her pup bambam done but that was wayyy expensive and not always done like we liked them so my mom found this wonderful place and took her pup bambam there and the ladies there were marvelous with bambam so after I saw how great he was done and how my mom was very impressed.. I decided to try taking my Chloe there today and OMG all the ladies are so nice and knowledgeable and great with the pups and the price was right.. I will go across town to take my Chloe there from now on. Also one more important fact the salon is VERY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. Where do I start? I have a Siamese cat that is always shedding. He has a bad undercoat. I took him to Le Chien and told them my issues. The lady I spoke with (Dawn?) told me she could take care of it, etc. I got my cat back a while ago and they did a fantastic job! He smells so clean! NO UNDERCOAT! WOOHOO! The clipped his nails and everything! The lady I dealt with helped me schedule another appointment because I am definitely going back! I recommend this groomer by a long shot! If I could give no stars I would. My wife dropped off our little dog for a cut. He looks horrible. He looks like they only spend 15 minutes on him. His hair is patchy and you can actually see a perfect square on the side of his neck where the clippers cut. The groomer/owner didn't even take the time to go back and check for any mistakes she made. Now I'm going to have to take him to a real groomer and get all this done correctly. If you want your dogs hair cut properly, don't bring them to this place. They'll charge you for a half ass job. read more
