The staff is always so friendly, the salon is clean, and I love that the kennels are open and visible. They know my little guy so well, and he always seems happy to see them. I always feel comfortable leaving him in their care. I've also brought my two pit bulls in a couple of times, and they did an amazing job with them too. I know they're a lot to handle, so I really appreciated how well they took care of them. After trying several groomers in Las Vegas, this is the only place I'll keep coming back to. He got a full groom with a deshed treatment, and he came back looking amazing. He's unbelievably soft, smells fresh and clean without being overly perfumey, and he's barely shedding now. I don't know how not to cry as I write this review. Our precious dog of 15 years passed away on Sunday 1/12. She would regularly come to Leashes Pet Salon to get a grooming. My dearest baby girl Lili was my everything and her passing has hurt me dearly. The owner and employees were always so kind to her. I love the small touches they would do such as putting bows, ribbons, bandanas, and so forth on Lili (and I'm sure other dogs) based on the holiday or occasion. They also sometimes take photos of your pet against holidays backgrounds which were always a blessing. I want to express my gratitude for Leashes Pet Salon. When the owner found out our dog passed away, she sent all the photos she had available of Lili over to me. I was a mess when she did send them as my girl looked so beautiful in all of them. What grooming place does that?! We also got a hard copy of Lili for Christmas and little did I know Lili would pass the following month. So I cherish this gift from Leashes Pet Salon. The place is always clean, the staff is always helpful, their services are reasonably priced, and they tend to be pretty fast as the longest my girl was there was an hour and a half. Other places I would wait 4 hours to get a call or text for pick up. They also sometimes do same day apps which is always helpful! I highly recommend this place. If we had another dog I would totally continue coming here. It's the best pet grooming place in North Las Vegas. read more

Been there a dozen times and the two 80 pound German Shepherds I have always come out great.

I'm so sad that my Brussels griffon's beard got shaved off :( I had my fiancé drop off our two dogs for a bath and cut but prior to the drop off, I had sent a message stating that I wanted his beard to be cleaned but keep as much as possible because I wanted him to still look like a Brussels. They acknowledged the message and I was excited to try a new place. After my fiancé had picked them up and brought them home, I noticed that he no longer had his beard they did a perfect job with my other one and everything else but I'm just sad that this had to happen... maybe some confusion because I asked for a teddy bear cut on my other dog? Maybe the groomer was on autopilot and forgot that I had asked for something uncommonly done? I'm still debating whether to give this place another try. read more

After using the same groomer for almost a year, they suddenly claimed my dog was "too matted" and said they needed to shave him -- which he absolutely was not. Thankfully, I was able to pick my dog up before that happened and decided to look elsewhere. From the moment I came here, the difference was night and day. The staff was knowledgeable, transparent, and took the time to actually assess my dog properly. They explained everything clearly, treated him with care, and made me feel completely confident in their expertise. The facility is clean, calm, and very well run. One of my puppies has an injury and hadn't been groomed in a very long time, so I was a little nervous, but they handled everything with so much patience, compassion, and professionalism. I took my mini goldendoodles here for the first time. From beginning to end, everything was great. I contacted through email and I was responding to the next day. Even with the short notice, Alicia was able to get my pup in the same day. It took no longer than an hour to get my puppy bathed in trimmed. With all the works included. They listened to my concerns, and he came out looking better than expected . My handsome boy came out looking so fluffy. And he smelled so good as well. I love the little tie , they put on him and they gave, a really cute picture keychain of him as well. Definitely will be back for regular baths and trims for him to get used to going to the groomers. I was so tired of taking my dogs to petsmart and the rude girls that work there whining about my dogs being poodles. And their prices were ridiculous!
