I took a pet here and they kept telling me the wanted to buy it and I said no, after declining offer, later on I got a call saying my dog was "sick" and she was gonna take her to the dr. later on to get another call saying my dog was dead. no explanation or anything. a few days later I got a call from the animal shelter saying they had my dog cause she is micro chipped. saying the pet spa found her outside. So today was my first time visiting this spa for doggies. I came all the way here to visit some friends. I'm originally from LA. Every dog groomer was all booked in LA so I decided try it for the first time in Vegas. I have a 2 year old Pomeranian. She much needed a haircut and her nails trimmed. Well I decided to try this place and I was very surprised how cute and fresh she came out from this location. My dog couldn't be happier. She feels so clean she fell asleep in my lap. If I can do less the one star I would. Absolutely terrible experience. I took in my 2 miniature Bernedoodles and 1 cockapoo in at 11AM. I called at 5pm to be told they would be ready at 7pm and I called back at 7pm when on my way to pick them up and was be told 9pm. I feel that them being there from 11AM - 9PM is unreasonable. Not to mention that they were damp and the cost was absurd. For those looking- don't put stress on your pet here. For the owner- don't take on what you can't handle in reasonable time. read more

I was very nervous and worried to make an appointment for my fragile senior who gets panic attacks in cages and I expressed my concerns with her on the phone and she assured me not to worry and told me to bring her same day "whenever" I brought my dog @1p she had about 6-7 dogs still in cages didn't look like they were finished I told her if she's busy today I would come back she said she can handle it. Finding Verona with pet wishes spa was such a blessing I can't even tell you guys! I am moving out of state and I have 4 dogs and two are seniors all I kept thinking is how I'm going to manage. I could never give my angels to a shelter and then on a random day googling groomers I came across Pet wishes spa. Verona was happy to take ownership of my two babies and find them a suitable home. I visit them every week and I have never seen them so vibrant spoiled and loved. Until I move I visit my two kids and get the other two groomed. She has pet adoption available if anyone is interested!!!! She reAlly was the angel I was looking for regarding my two seniors. I could not have found a more compassionate kind hearted animal loving woman. Your fur babies are in excellent hands at pet wishes. She has boarding, grooming animal releasing and adoption available at the most reasonable prices. I supported the NSPCA for years and will continue to but this organization she has set up with 24/7 vets available all of it was what I needed regarding going forward with my children. I recommend everyone to her because you see true love and compassion for your animals, something I know for a fact I have not found in Vegas for the last 8 years of living here. You may ask why did I choose to release my two older dogs- I'm moving to the East Coast and several conversations were made with both their vets regarding the stress of a flight and new environment or the stress of a 5 day driving trip, and the vet did not recommend it for both the dogs. This morning around 10:30 am, we took our sweet Goldendoodle for a walk-in grooming session. Before we dropped him off, the owner, Verona, notified us that they will be finished by 4 or 5. 10 minutes before 5, my sister & I stopped by and expected that our dog would be finished since they specifically said our dog will be finished by 4 or 5. We went in & the owner and the other worker just sat there & told us, "We have not even started on his grooming. Give us until 7." We saw him in the same kennel that he was put in since this morning , looking like he did not get any TLC. SO SAD. We decided to trust them & gave them a second chance by leaving & allowing them to do the work. So we left and allowed 15 minutes to see if they will do the work, but we turned back around from our drive & came back inside & they were still sitting & talking. Verona did mention that her foot was hurting, but that is no excuse. She could have called us & let us know that she couldn't do the job due to a high capacity of animals and her hurt foot. That would have been the better/nicer approach. Instead, we find out by going inside and they were just sitting while our dog was left in the kennel for 7 straight hours, not knowing if he received any care. If you ever decide to take your dog in for a walk in grooming session, do not use them. We feel horrible for our dog. The sad thing is that this was our first time and it will be our last time. My mom referred this groomer to us, and she doesn't even know she will come back from her dog's grooming. I am writing this review to help others. I'm not doing it to bash the company. This is an honest review. P.S. Here's a little idea: update your clients every few hours so they can get an update of their pet/s and like us... so they don't expect to come on the est finished time you originally mentioned. Update: The manager called me and apologized for the experience. He then offered a free grooming session for tomorrow morning due to the experience. I appreciate that was offered. Usually, that does not happen when experiences like this one occurs. This shows they care about their customers. read more

I'm not the one to leave bad reviews but I have to post my horrible experience so no one ever comes here. I made an appointment for my two cats at 10am to get a cut. I called around 5pm because I had not heard anything from them. They told me to not come that they weren't finished that they were busy and they would call back. At 7pm (the time they close) still nothing so I decided to show up and see what was taking so long. I show up and they tell me they were still doing some "finishing touches" on my cat. I gave them 9 hours and they still couldn't finish? And of top of that, they didn't even give my other cat a cut like I wanted, they just shaved one cat. I clearly had told them prior and they even gave me an estimate, so it didn't make sense for them to get confused. Anyways this place is so unprofessional. I will never be coming back here. They were all over the place. Dont have your pets waiting here for 9 hours. Save your money and time and find somewhere better that's more professional and takes better care of your pets. read more

What a disappointment I took my dog in at 11am I called at 3 pm they said they were busy ok understandable. I believe owner called me at 4:30 pm that she just got done bathing her and going to start cut and to double check on cut. Next day so her dog has parvo and was at location so now idk if my dog has parvo and on top of that i didn't notice till next morning my dog pissed in my car in the 3 min ride since my dog was in kennel all damn day now I have to get my car detailed that's $120 and she refuses to refund me my money back.
