We've been taking our Boomer to Fetch for a little over 4 years now. We were referred to this specialty center when Care Animal Hospital discovered that our beagle had 2 liver masses that needed to be removed due to possible malignancy. This news was devastating. We had just lost his sister that year due to a chronic respiratory condition that was being treated and monitored for a period of 2 years. We just couldn't lose both of them. We knew it would be a risky surgery for an 11 year old beagle. Everything was explained to us thoroughly. Fortunately, they were successful in removing the masses which did turn out to be cancer. There was a long recovery period of a few months due to some complications with a rare blood clot, pancreatitis, and pneumonia. We were fully aware that such things could happen in a major surgery. The Fetch team was with him every step of the way to keep him stable through all of it. He recovered fully, and was back to his old energetic self. He lived for 4 more years thanks to Fetch. They medically managed and monitored him, even after developing new masses along the way. By this point, he couldn't have anesthesia anymore as a geriatric dog. He had a huge list of medications that we gave him daily for various symptoms. It all kept him going. His last visit to Fetch was the day after Valentine's Day. It still hurts to write this. It all happened exactly the way they told us. He suddenly became very weak and pale. There was no doubt in our minds that something major was going on internally. We rushed him to Fetch. They confirmed that there was internal bleeding, and pumped him up with fluids and anesthesia. It was just enough to stabilize him so that we could say goodbye to him. He looked so chill & comfortable. He even gave us each a little kiss before he passed on. We never left his side. He was such a loving little beagle. He lived a full and long doggie life (15 years old) thanks to his animal care team. The house is empty without him. We miss him very much. I can't say enough good things about our 4 year experience with Fetch. Their professionalism, dedication, and love for animals is very clear. I'll quote my husband by saying, "They have a tough job seeing so many sad outcomes, yet they all manage to be as supportive and pleasant as possible." I honestly don't know how they can do it day in and day out, while continuing to show so much compassion. I just want the entire team to know how thankful we are for all that they do, and especially for the exceptional care given to our little boy. I think Boomer actually enjoyed going to Fetch. Beware - my invoice had 48 line items how many will you have? As a health professional myself i never met the surgeon or shown the x-rays. My beloved dog had an incision to determine intestinal blockage more extensive than was explained to me, the surgeon called me and sadly i told them not to proceeed with the operation. 48 line items $7900 for that procedure, no surgery and no hospitalization. When i asked the surgeon if they were on an incentive or bonus plan there was no answer from her. This a business atmosphere. Try your best to find an alternative treatment facility. read more

We took my 8 year old cat to Dr. Daniela Isaza. A couple days before he was seen at VEG (North Dale Mabry - HIGHLY recommend and Kevin is amazing!) for sudden vision loss. His blood pressure was astronomically high and well as the pressure in his eyes. He was put on meds and told we should follow-up with a specialist. That's where Dr. Isaza comes in. Long story short all she did was confirm his retinas/optic nerves were detached, but the pressure went down in his eyes. When I asked if his blood pressure had gone down, her response was that she didn't check and I would need to follow-up on that with my primary vet. I advised her we have just relocated from SC and didn't have one here yet. All she said was that I need to find one. I do have an appt for him at a primary vet coming up very soon; however, since the cause of the blindness is blood pressure, I don't think it was an unreasonable question. She did not check it then, nor did she want to check it when he went back for a follow-up on his eye pressure today. read more

There is an incredibly shady hospital director. This business could be top tier if they found a better hospital director. (Who has bad reviews removed) FETCH is not a BBB accredited business and I believe that's is all I need to say to make my point. In addition to this, the director would rather have staff suggesting euthanasia over suggesting a more affordable clinic for clients who have financial constraints. Even when you're alone in the exam room, you actually aren't because there's cameras with audio and clear visual. We brought our Toby who coded at Urgent ER to Fetch - he was coding again and they grabbed him from my wife and took him in the back and then advised my wife it would cost $600 to resuscitate him and did not start working on him until she paid the $600. I wasn't there because I had to work. When I got there after work, he was already gone. So, then they asked us if we wanted him cremated. They charged another $250 to cremate him. I really feel they didn't work on him at all because he was already gone when she brought him in because his tongue was turning gray, Yet, still charged the $600 on top of $250. I do not recommend an ER that requires payment before they even help your animal. This also happened with my other dog Molly. They would not start any treatment until I paid $1000. read more

We were recommended to visit this location in October 2023 from our local vet (over 1 hour away) when we arrived we were told no one was there to do an ultrasound, we asked if they could at least get her something to make her comfortable and we would drive back over next day. I brought my girl in in a panic and the entire time the staff was calm, kind, and understanding of our situation. They explained every possible situation and the possible outcomes. Brought my sick cat here recently and told the front desk clerk that I was not sure what was going on that he could barely stand up and had something going on with his right eye. Filled out paperwork as they took my cat back. Three people in the waiting area and people in the three triage rooms they have. I sat in the lobby for nearly six hours and was never told only one Vet was on duty. I was then taken in a triage room where I sat for another 30+ minutes before someone came in and entered info on my cat that at this point still had not been seen. Then the Vet comes in and tells me about all these test they can run and that someone would be in with a price list. Guy comes in with a printout with multiple tests and tell me it would be between $700-1200. I tell him I could not afford all those tests and he says to me "what can you afford" as if I was buying a used car. Needless to say it cost me $185 to rent a chair in their lobby while my cat sat in a back room somewhere possibly still in the pet carrier I brought him in. Poor communication. As that wasn't enough they put down a pit bull and brought him/her through the waiting area in a body bag with the poor devastated family following behind. Pitiful service and wanted to do an FIP test on my cat that is 7 years old and domestic living inside. Based on my knowledge cats die from this disease within two months of contracting it. Yes more interested in money than the care of my animal. read more

I brought my little dog Kirby in on Thursday, May 2nd, 2024, due to his having labored breathing. They performed numerous tests, to include labs, x-rays, etc. which resulted in my bill being over $1300.00's. My dog was diagnosed at Fetch, with beginning congestive heart failure, which was supposed to be controlled with medication. The follow up would have been conducted by a Canine Heart Specialist, which would be required for Kirby's care. I was sent home around 2330 hours, on the 2nd, with instructions to medicate him in the morning with Lasix's and his heart medication. Kirby was still having labored breathing and I did not see any sign of improvement, but brought him home, hoping that the vet knew what she was talking about. At 0300 hours, I receive a call from this vet, who tells me that Kirby had been running a fever of 104 when he was admitted, and wanted to know if I could again take his temperature. I do not have a thermometer, but I had every intention of taking him to a different vet on Friday, May 3rd, to ensure that he was correctly diagnosed. I was advised by the Fetch vet that I could always bring him back at no further vet costs. I get up on May 3rd, and my dog is struggling to breath again, the exact same symptoms he was displaying the night before. I rush him back to Fetch, and the night vet had gone home. I have the pure displeasure of having to speak to the day shift vet, who can not understand why I am so upset, as my dog is now considered "critical". I wondered how she would feel if the shoe were on the other foot. To make a very long story short, I ended up having to euthanize my little Kirby, as he was not improving and the vet offered little to no hope. I received another bill today for $2100.00's. On top of the money I had already spent. The fees involved having a vet look in on him....everytime they did their job, I was charged $300.00's. Had the vets been competent in the first place, my dog could have received life saving care through the night and possibly survived. Please do not take an animal to Fetch, they are a money making scam. If you saw the number of cremations that are done because of them, your head would spin. There are other emergency vets in Brandon, and I strongly recommend you use anyone but this group. Also, if you are unable to put a huge down payment, they will euthanize your dog or send it home to die. How these people call themselves veterinarians slays me...they no more care about those animals than the man in the moon. I tried to leave with my dog, but he by now was on oxygen and I felt like he was going to die one way or the other. I'm sorry this is so long, but please use every other resource before you ever consider using these so called vets and their money hungry organization. A little additional disgusting information..,my little Kirby received very very limited actual care. These vets looked in on him in his little oxygen room and charged me over 1000 dollars. It cost me almost $500.00 to euthanize and cremate him. So the majority of the bill was for non care. I will never forgive myself for not taking him to a true vet clinic. If you want your pet to die, bring them here. Newly graduated students from veterinary school have absolutely no business running critical care services for even a mouse unsupervised. You will be met with deer in headlights reactions, while simultaneously being spoken down to with a detached nasally vocal fry asserting some level of expertise while actually not knowing really what to do to care for your pet. However, you will be charged, and charged heavily as you would for a highly experienced, top level critical care delivery. What fetch is doing is charging top dollar for substandard inexperienced care delivered by new graduates that lack the expertise necessary to care for severe medical issues. There is an incredibly high rate of death, and euthanasia is grossly encouraged which I suspect is useful to hide the results of incompetent care. If this were human critical care facility, this place would be shut down so fast. It is a hazard. Also, watch the Billing because every time they give you a new estimate, they will recharge you for everything that they already charged you for on the previous estimate which also leads me to suspect that they engage in predatory billing tactics. read more

My cat, Mr. Meowgee, had a scratch on his eyelid and after an hour, it was swollen and leaking green mucous. This was around 10pm. I work during the week, but luckily my sister was in town. I called my vet Monday morning to get my cat in and they squeezed me in at 2pm. I went to work and my sister and boyfriend were going to take Meowgee to the vet for me. I get a call from my boyfriend around 3pm that they had to cancel the appt because Meowgee scratched and bit both of them as they tried to get him in the carrier. I get home from work and his eye was awful. I called my vet and said I would take any day they had available off of work. They couldn't get him in until Friday (it was Monday), so I called around to a few local vets - all couldn't get him in until Thursday, but the last 2 vets I called said I needed to take him into an emergency vet because injuries with the eye are very serious. I called a few places and decided on Fetch. My sister being the amazing human being that she is offered to drive him up there since I had just gotten home from work and had not eaten lunch. Four hours later, she arrives home with Meowgee and tells me that 1) His cornea wasn't scratched, but the lid was 2) I have to put ointment in his eye 3 times a day 3) That the vet and staff said he was the sweetest boy I knew I was probably going to be spending $500+, but was pleasantly surprised that it was $385. So that's compliment number 1. Compliment number 2 is that the person who kept in contact with my sister as she was waiting in the car (for 4 hours), apologized several times for the long wait - which is very courteous. Compliment number 3 is that they took extra steps to ensure his cornea wasn't scratched and asked my sister about his medical conditions because his one eye is always leaking (I rescued him from the streets, so I'm not sure why it does that, but my vet in South FL told me he has allergies). The woman suggested a certain allergy pill (which I already have for him) AND suggested lysine for him to help his leaky eye. The compliment is that they were trying to give me the best advice to care for my baby. I have been to emergency vets only a few other times, and those people were dry, unfriendly, and just wanted you in and out. I don't know if they have a non-emergency, regular vet office, but I would go there because of how nice and caring they they were. I highly recommend this place if you have a pet emergency. I read reviews of other emergency vets in Brandon, FL and they are AWFUL. One of which I commented on and said based by the reviews, I wouldn't take my pets there -- and the person in charge of responding literally went off on me and said they didn't want my business...in the actual review section! See pic below. At that time I was looking to to find an after hours place because the stray kitty I was feeding needed medical attention. That place is called Animal Emergency Clinic of Brandon. Fetch is much further from my house than the ER Vet on Busch (see my very honest review of them elsewhere) and I will drive past that place to go to Fetch. Happily, if there is time. Fetch is like a different world from the other place, a bright beacon of light. The ENTIRE staff is kind, caring and helpful. I can't go into detail on my experiences at Fetch, because it's really, really painful still (not the fault of Fetch, just horrible luck), but I can say---I went to Fetch twice and will be back again. They were compassionate, professional and instead of wanting to make a bajillion dollars, they wanted the very best for my sweet pet and me. It was not a cheap venture, but FAR better cost wise than the Place That Shall Not Be Named. (ER and specialty services are just going to cost a lot.) Not once did they treat me or my pet with anything less than gentle loving care. They didn't pressure me into any procedures, they simply gave us kind, caring advice and took wonderful care of my loving boy. Through no fault of theirs, he did not make it. They helped very much with us saying goodbye, and the final arrangements. They also sent a wonderful card, signed by so many of the staff, who wrote touching, personal notes. I've gotten a lot of these cards this year, and this one was very special. It meant so much to us to receive it. I am truly grateful to Fetch, for providing a much needed alternative, to making an absolutely horrible circumstance more bearable and for being warm awesome people. Although I wish we did not need their services, I am infinitely grateful for Fetch and all that they offer. My sweetest girl, Jelly Bean, met just about everyone in the office. She was diagnosed with grade 3 mast cell cancer last year and went to Fetch for oncology, surgery, ophthalmology, and critical care. Throughout each visit, we were shown kindness, compassion, and outstanding care. Front Desk: The front desk crew is amazing! They were just as excited to see Bean as she was to see them. They were quick and efficient and generous with treats and pets. They made checking in and out a breeze, and were quick to forward any questions and concerns that I had. I was extremely nervous during our appointments, and when Bean was in the treatment room in the back, they would kindly chat with me and help distract me while I showed them countless pictures and videos of Bean. Surgery: Dr. Enderle is a fantastic surgeon and extremely personable. I was terrified for my baby's scar revision surgery. Our vet was unable to get clean margins, and a second surgery with a board-certified surgeon was recommended. Dr. Enderle answered each and every question I asked, and there were at least a dozen, and was happy to address my concerns and help me feel more at ease. She took excellent care of my precious girl and updated me after her surgery and the next morning. I also spoke on the phone to surgical nurses prior to her operation, who were lovely and helped me feel less anxious. Oncology: Dr. Costa is a wonderful oncologist. We were able to get in for a consultation one week after my precious Beanie was diagnosed. Dr. Costa took her time with us and answered all my questions, both during the consultation and throughout treatment. The oncology nurses are amazing, we love Shaina, Daniela, Sarah, and Ashlie. They were incredibly sweet to my girl, and to me, and made chemo genuinely enjoyable for her. She would run back to the treatment room with her tail wagging full speed, ready for more fun! Bean was attacked by two loose dogs before and is dog reactive as a result. Everyone was incredibly patient with her and did not seem to mind waiting around for the lobby to clear to keep everyone safe and calm. Ophthalmology: About halfway through chemo, I took Bean to the vet for a corneal ulcer. Although the ulcer had healed, her eye remained hazy. She was diagnosed with glaucoma and was referred to an ophthalmologist. We were able to see the one and only, Dr. Schlesener, better known as Dr. Sparkles, the same day. Dr. Sparkles loved Bean as her own. She always complimented my baby's teeth and smile and how goofy and wonderful she is. Bean was a little head shy with glaucoma, and would turn her head to the side or look down, but Dr. Sparkles was incredibly patient with her. She has the best snacks too! Bean received 11 eyedrops a day for about a month, but her pressure was still too high. We opted for enucleation, and I was relieved Dr. Sparkles performed her surgery. We had never met anyone so bubbly and caring before, I knew Bean was in the best hands. And of course, Tina, Jasmin, and Melissa were excellent nurses and quick to answer any questions and concerns. Oncology and ophthalmology collaborated, and we were able to receive chemo and eye pressure testing exams during the same visits. We also adjusted medication in conjunction for the most efficacious outcomes for perfect Beanie. Critical care: Several doctors and nurses took care of Bean when we visited the emergency vet. There had been signs of progression of cancer, and we opted to increase her dose of chemo. Dr. Costa cautioned that although she did not have any side effects thus far, the increased dose could produce some. A few days later, she was lethargic and did not have her usual appetite. We took her to Fetch for supportive care and held out hope that she was having a reaction to chemo. Unfortunately, that was not the case. The emergency staff treated us with much kindness and respect. It was essentially a three-day waiting period, desperately clinging to hope that her condition would improve. She received fluids, had multiple ultrasounds performed, x-rays, and a blood transfusion. We were able to visit Bean for as long as we wanted to. My husband and I laid on the floor with her for two hours each visit and pet her and told her how much we love her. She hardly ate, and our next option would be to put a feeding tube down her throat. It was then that my husband and I decided it was time to take our best girl home. Dr. Meeks was incredibly compassionate and caring. We were never pressured into making any decisions. We discharged Beanie and Lap of Love came over the next day. We are so grateful we gave her the best fighting chance and met so many wonderful people along the way. read more

I rarely EVER write reviews. But let me tell you this place deserves 0 stars. Let me start off with I knew going into this vets office that my cat would most likely have to be put down. I explained to the vet what happened, that my cat was clearly not doing well, blood coming from his mouth and nose. They took him back and gave him some pain medication to help and then proceeded to come in and give me my options, the first one was to let him sit overnight and see how he recovers, and the other was to euthanize him. When I mentioned euthanasia and I said, that was the route I would prefer, especially if he is suffering the vet made it very clear that he was not suffering, especially since he was given meds, and just to continue to see how he would do overnight I take him home and paid for his pain meds. This morning I wake up and he doesn't seem any better, so I took him to my local vet and immediately right off the bat they advised to euthanize him because he was in so much pain and suffering. I'm not upset that I had to pay for medication. I'm upset that they let my poor innocent 10 week old kitten suffer through the night knowing he wasn't doing well. I would advise anybody to steer clear of this place because they genuinely do not care they only want to take your money and get as much of it as possible . If you actually love and care for your pet, take him anywhere else but here especially if you don't want to see them suffer, which my kitten had to endure due to the lack of empathy and sympathy this crew demonstrated. read more

Reported him to the health department for biting after he had a major surgery and they were warned prior he needed to be sedated and didn't like being messed with by people he doesn't know. My 6 yr old dog Savannah was diagnosed with lymphoma and passed in 2 weeks. Dr Hogan (Internal Medicine) is a phenomenal veterinarian and very compassionate. She saw us right away without an appointment and was successfully able to obtain a fine needle aspirate of the lymphoma while my dog's platelets were critically low. The oncology team was thorough and listened to my needs. Unfortunately, one individual - Haley (ER RN night shift) was terrible. Savannah had to stay overnight in the ER the night before she passed and Haley was beyond rude to me and my baby. Haley was annoyed the ER was so busy that night. She took out her frustration on Savannah the last night of her life. Haley blatantly lied to me about when Savannah was last taken out to urinate (confirmed this with another RN). She yanked Savannah's harness to walk when she had a very large lymphoma on her chest and was having difficulty not only walking but breathing. Haley rolled her eyes at me and my mom when we expressed concern. I regret not taking Savannah home with me that night. I've had two experiences here. In 2020, a local dog groomers broke my dogs leg, and we brought him here. He was an older, huge golden retriever. This was when we couldn't go inside so vet techs usually came and got the animals that needed help/had appointments. I was so worried how they were going to transport my buddy since he couldn't walk or get out of the back of the car by himself, to my surprise they had a tech who could just carry him in and out with every possible precaution she could take to make him comfortable. She totally lifts. On Thursday (2023) I brought my puppy in, together with clues from my backyard the vet and I decided he likely ate a wasp and that he needed meds further than what I had already given at home. But his poor little body didn't handle the stress of an allergic reaction very well and he became sicker over the next 36 hours. I brought him back in Friday night at 8pm, and while they got absolutely SLAMMED with complicated emergencies, they were extremely communicative. I could hear someone down the hall saying goodbye to their baby so I wasn't in a hurry; my dog was in the back getting blood drawn and having radiographs done, and probably being nosey and watching everything. I was totally ok to wait in their comfortable chairs and super clean private rooms. Brought my dog for radiation therapy after mast cell tumor removal. They told me without the radiation the chance of it coming back were 20 percent. With the radiation the chance was almost 0. A few weeks after the last treatment my regular vet looked at their records. It turns out that after the 8th treatment my dog developed a heart mermur which they never told me about. Our dog was attacked by another dog and we took him here, even though when I called they told me that I could just take him to Blue Pearl or there, which seemed weird. The first thing they did was give us an estimate of about $1800 just for a doctor assessment which included $400 X-rays. If he was to have surgery, they said it would be a lot more. Once we declined the X-rays they wrapped him up without cleaning his wound, gave us medication and sent us on our way without a follow up or nothing. And just for that it took about 3 hours there and they didn't even treat him. We then took him to our vet and they pointed out that the wound wasn't even cleaned, and this is day two and we still don't have a final bill receipt which they forecasted would be over $400 and would send in the email. What would the charge be for if they didn't even clean the wound?!! read more

Highly recommend this vet. We used both their oncology (lymphoma) and emergency services. This was our second oncology office we had visited and we are so glad we did. Had to drive over an hour to get here each week, but they provided consistent communication, flexible scheduling and are always available to answer questions. HORRIBLE PLACE!!! My sister's dog was attacked by another dog, we brought her in immediately and were told they needed to know who the owner of the other dog was before they could continue. Her dog needed her leg amputated and that's what they were worried about! They told her the surgery was going to be $6,000 or euthanasia was the other option. My sister did not want to euthanize her pup but she couldn't afford the bill so she waited for them to find a rescue. When they finally found the rescue, they told the rescue a bunch of lies! Saying the other dog who attacked the little one was hers and that it wasn't the first time--both lies! My sister was in tears when she discovered the rescue waited TWO DAYS to even start the surgery and wrote that "the owners wanted to euthanize her" and that "the dog's name doesn't even fit her". Both the rescue, Little Dog Rescue and Fetch are greedy and cruel! I do not recommend this vet for emergencies or anything for that matter! read more

I brought my dog to Fetch on Sunday morning as he had cancer and collapsed when I tried to walk him and my vet was unable to get him in right away. The nurses and Vet at Fetch were outstanding, courteous, kind and compassionate. My dog, Porky had to be taken into the clinic on a stretcher, it was heartbreaking for us. The nurse was amazing, and told us the vet would examine him and contact us with the next steps. Unfortunately for Porky his cancer had spread and his quality of life would not be the same. The vet was so supportive of our decision to put him down so he would not have to suffer. I cannot say enough about the way we were treated. The staff at Fetch was top notch!!!!! We just received card from Fetch and each staff member signed it offering us condolences. read more

I give a zero bc I went here with my dog she had an infection in her leg was the only place open on this side of bay they had the assumption that the infection was bad enough to amputate well I brought her to her normal vet n he's been around for 40+ years n I trust him .. my vet in Pinellas park said they were wrong about the diagnosis.. along with Fetch they gave my fur baby a shot of methadone with another narcotic . Not knowing what they gave my baby I was mad my vet was mad when he heard what fetch gave hers.. all I can say will never go back to fetch bc of it.. my experience was good but not good read more

It was midnight when I got here! They are open 24 hours. My little guy had diarrhea and pink eye. I called before driving him 30 minutes to Fetch. The staff are all friendly and helpful here; the person who answers the phone, the nurse and the doctor. I was sad and distraught that my dog was sick - the staff cared about my little guy as much as I do. An hour later, I was out of there with medicine for my little guy and a big warm feeling in my heart for the absolutely amazing staff who worked a third shift that night and could still be so compassionate and caring. I highly recommend this place to anyone who values customer service. Keep up the great work, Fetch! You're a great team. read more

Rusty was transferred to Fetch from VEG in Tampa. He spent about 2 weeks at Fetch. They were able to stabilize him, do surgery and treat his wounds. I received updates and photos. Dr. Rachel Dickson was his primary surgeon and wound care veterinarian. No words can truly express how grateful I am for her competent, compassionate care and professionalism. It was a long road with months of follow-up bandage changes. I was consulted and provided options at every step of the process. I truly believe Rusty would not be alive today without the staff at Fetch. Every single person I interacted with was very professional and provided clear expectations concerning condition, treatment, cost and outcome. There is still a long way to go but the visible wounds are finally healed. My only complaint is they spoiled him in the two weeks he stayed there! That said, I would highly recommend taking your animal to Fetch when competence counts. read more

I took my dog for an ultrasound on January 23rd and I have still not received a call back to find out the results of her tests. They also didn't bother to call to check on my dog to see if everything was ok after the visit. I am used to exemplary service from Care Animal Hospital and unfortunately they don't offer ultrasounds so I was forced to go somewhere else. Basically at this point I feel like they have stolen $1500 from me. I was told the results would be back within a week; I called yesterday and the receptionist said she didn't know how to look to see if the results were back yet... interesting comment.... but she would have the doctor call me today... guess what, no phone call. So as of now I am out $1500 and I have no idea what is wrong with my dog. read more

The doctors and staff of Fetch at Brandon, Florida are wonderful, especially Dr. Merkle and Dr. Enderle. Our dog Louie was diagnosed with an aggressive melanoma cancer. His oncologist, Dr. Merkle explained all of the treatment options including the melanoma vaccine and the reasons for her recommendations. Dr. Enderle, his surgeon, gave us a detailed explanation of the procedure Louie would undergo and his expected recovery. STAY AWAY THIS CLINIC IS TERRIBLE. brought my puppy in presenting every symptom of ivdd the vet said she had a respiratory infection even though X-ray and blood work came back clear. When it became obvious that the diagnosis was wrong they wouldn't prescribe her the right medication and said they don't know when her specific vet would be back. After paying 800 dollars for the wrong diagnosis they want me to come back and pay for more x rays. STAY AWAY. read more
