"Let Fetter's make everything better!" Yaaaa It is always scary trying someone new in services. Home repairs can be expensive, yet they are a must! We just had our garage springs done by a good company. We had issues with our opener days later, so my husband replaced that. We noticed the door was sagging in the middle, which was causing the stress. We needed a whole new door. Probably should have been caught when they did our springs. Their quote was also a lot more than others. That led me back to square one on Yelp Fetter's popped up front and center on Yelp for my area. With all the 5 star reviews I thought why not try. He was able to quote me over the phone with just a couple photos. He then came over just to make sure all important measurements were taken. Showed up Monday morning at 9:30 am just like he said. My neighbors appreciated that it wasn't too early. Not that it was very loud anyway. He was professional and did an excellent job. He is a one man army. Before installing new springs, I told him ours were barely a couple of months old if he wanted to reuse them. The newer doors are heavier, and they need bigger springs. I mentioned he maybe could use them for someone else? He stilled tossed them as he knows people who would do that, but wants new for all clients. I hadn't thought about that. When they delivered the doors, they also picked up the old, and that included the springs. They delivered him the incorrect rollers for it. He went and picked up better rollers that had bearings and came back. Just shows his attention to detail and good character. We wouldn't have known, but he did the right thing. His price was so much lower than our prior company's quote, so I thought he was choosing to use a different brand to save us money. They are actually a much better brand than the builder uses, and we saved money! Win win! We are so happy. This is how it should be in the service world. We are so blessed to have Fetter's.
