The previous day I had Precision / Smokey's Garage Door come out and the tech David told me the springs could not be adjusted only replaced and also recommended replacing the opener and a number of additional parts instead of replacing the belt. At about 7:50AM this morning I realized my garage wasn't working. I went to find quotes online,…read moremessaged Same Day, and was able to set up an appointment for 12PM. They ended up calling and asking if I wanted it even earlier at 10AM. They ended up having to replace a broken spring plus the other spring that was about ready to go along with bearings and the wheels. Everything was done and fixed by 10:45AM, so it was less than 3 total hours from noticing the problem to having a solution. I can't say enough about how quick and professional they were. Jason was able to diagnose the issues in literally seconds and he kept me aware of the process and I didn't feel in the dark about anything.
