Absurdly expensive and slow to respond. Took them four days just to give estimate. BTW.... They charge $85 just to show up. Their repair rate for what turned out to be extremely simple repair issues calculated out to be more than $600 per hour including the $85 show up charge. It was downright thievery in my opinion. I will not allow them near my home again. I was ripped off. (My bad for not getting a WRITTEN ESTIMATE IN ADVANCE detailing specific repairs they were actually going to do. All they did was *grease the drive screw ( 2 1/2 minutes). *Adjust right side roller track (9!minutes Total ) and* spray WD 40 Lube onto the rollers (2 Minutes). NOT KIDDING. Amusing company name but not very funny to work with. Would recommend that you consider any other option. (Will probably notify the BBB and other appropriate consumer protection agencies.) read more

Well, as they say, you get what you pay for. This company offered me a better price than most companies for a complete garage door installation and I took the bait. The door sounded like it was coming down every time I would use it. Then, one day last week the screws that he installed the electric door opener just fell out and the arm was just swinging in mid-air. We had to put longer and better screws in because of the cheap screws he installed. As luck would have it, after I pulled my car back in I did not pull up far enough and the door hit the bumper, causing the top panel of the door to buckle a little and bending the truss bar. I called their company because they were the ones that installed it. They tried to totally take advantage of a horrible situation where they quoted me 2/3 of the price of the complete door I paid just for one single panel and one truss bar. He took absolutely no responsibility for the screws falling out even though he put them in and took no mercy on me as a customer. This panel will take a total of 20 minutes to install. For that they want $700? I am so sick and tired of opportunistic scumbags out there like this company trying to screw people over because they can. To say that I do not recommend this company is an understatement. It's a scamming company who installs extremely cheap low quality doors and then takes advantage when they tear up. BUYER BEWARE. UPDATE: I found an HONEST company who is replacing the one panel and truss tomorrow for HALF of his gouging price. I will review them when the work is done. read more

Not only was the employee fashionably late, he proceeded to tell us we were not "ok with him" because we were not Mexican when he asked where were were from. Not ok. We were paying for a garage door service, not a roasting service. Didn't complain to the company cause we were concerned of repercussion. The work done was great. Jose Ruiz, lead service technician saved the day for us. One day we opened the garage door and then when we went to close it the door closed and then reopened. This continued over and over. Finally able to close it at the motor box. Jose came to service it and the mother board would not hold reprogramming. Decided to replace our Martin unit with a Lift Master unit. Price was fair, warranty good and service great. Jose did a great job, he has a calm demeanor, good listener and left everything clean. I can't even put to words how amazing my experience was. I backed into the bottom of my garage door. It was hanging by a thread, wheel popped out, bent at both ends. I called and someone happened to be leaving a call close by and came by on his way to another within 5 minutes of my call. He fixed it like a freaking within 30 minutes. I truly thought I needed a new garage door and this man came in like a magician with his tools and saved the day! So we were in town for my sisters wedding and stayed at a rental house. We were coming home from the wedding and I backed into the garage door before it fully opened! Now it wouldn't close and I don't want to lose my deposit! So it was 9pm on a Saturday and I looked up "24 hour" services and called 2-3 others before "Well Hung" and no one picked up the phone! I left messages and then called Well Hung and they picked right up. Told me a service call was $85.00 and I explained what happened. They said my problem would probably be fixed for that $85.00. The lady (I can't remember her name now) was very polite, pleasant and understanding. They send out their Service Technician Jose Ruiz and he was there within 45 minutes. He analyzed the entire situation and came up with a game plan. He was able to fix the roller that came out and also pound out the small dent in the door. He was in and out within 45 minutes and it looked like new! And it was all done for the $85.00 quoted! Here in CA, they probably would have charged me at least $200! I would highly recommend "Well Hung" for being honest, prompt and having a sharp tech on a Saturday night to come out ASAP! THANK YOU guys for saving my @ss! My serviceman Mark came out today. I was fully expecting to have to pay to have my entire garage door, all the tracks and rollers replaced, since my door had completely fallen off. Mark came out and said my door looked fine, and he could fix the track. Just a small charge to replace the rollers and adjust the door once it was put back into place. I am thrilled with this company's service. They arrived the next day after my call, the serviceman was prompt and friendly, but most importantly they are honest. James came to our house to give us an estimate for replacing our garage door opener. We told him that we had replaced the logic board two years ago and it was out again, so we are considering replacing the entire unit. He recommended we buy a Chamberlain from Home Depot and replace it ourselves. The unit would be an easy replacement as it is very compatible with what we have. I drove by this place daily on my way to work and, not gonna lie, the name was easy to remember and made it memorable. They had the best price of the 3 places I spoke to and was very happy with the work they did. Mark came out and was very personable.
