Fast forward a couple of weeks later and our dog had bad intestinal issues all over our recently done carpets! I called them and they came out same day to help us clean it and get us squared away. That technician was very nice and thorough too. Overall, the value for the quality of service was great. We paid $410 for them to do our whole house (living room, family room, stairway, upstairs loft, hallway, and master bedroom/bathroom). When they came back a second time to help us with the pet mess, it was $210. Overall, friendly staff, prompt and thorough service, fairly reasonable price, and quality job. We will be returning to them.

I posted the review late because I am considering small claims court as the rug is ruined and it's an expensive rug. Due to Covid the courts are backed up but I may still take you to small claims court to replace the rug.

Long story short, I had secured a rug to my carpet with rug tape (btw don't ever do that). I called Joe that same day and he came by the next day. After he assessed the carpet, it turned adhesive had seeped into the base of the carpet and caused some discoloration. But I did not have to worry because Joe did a really great job getting as much adhesive out as he could. There carpet is no longer sticky and the discoloration is barely noticeable. They were on time (actually early). The motor didn't work the first time so they rescheduled to a day soon after. They cleaned almost every spot, traffic staining, darkened stair sections, and along the edges of the walls where it was darkened. They worked hard on just two spots that were stubborn but couldn't be lifted. Everything else was magnificently removed. They were very polite and respectful. If there was any one thing that I wish they had done it would be to wear shoe protection, so they didn't track in anything but they started from the furthest place and worked their way to the door so it probably wasn't necessary. They did move around furniture somewhat to try to get as much surface as possible. This price was better than others I was quoted for the same work. read more
