Our very large sliding glass door was becoming impossible to move. I thought I would have to spend…read morethousands for a replacement (our door is three panels wide) but decided to try and fix it first. We found Dave on the internet. He came out and removed the old track (a difficult job since the door is very heavy and old and the sill had sagged) installed a new one, replaced the slider wheels and now the door glides like it is on glass. First I tried the homebuilders company I've used them before but this time, they just wouldn't coordinate with the Solar Company or respond well to me. The wind probably caused Solar and Vent problems, last December water began leaking into the house below the Solar panel area. Molly Rushing at Sun Run Customer Care had Titan do their part, they were great too. I told Molly how frustrated I was with the homebuilders roofing company, she referred me to Reimagine Roofing in Phoenix. Right after I called them Christian texted, with his picture and asking when he could set up a time to inspect, inside and out. Reimagine coordinated panel removal, the roof was reinspected repairs made and panels reinstalled. Christian was great to work with and he responded quickly to my calls, coordinating our schedules. He diagnosed a problem with the Pipe and O'hagen vents. And explained in detail that these vents were only nailed in place, never sealed with mastic this left them vulnerable to wind damage, gaps were forming between the flashing and the roof. In a heavy driving rain could come in and damage the ceiling Several of my neighbors have visibly damaged vents and tiles from past windstorms. I'll pass the word about Reimagine roofing. Christian is bright and energetic he worked quickly professionally when he was at our home. I hope to see him working on our neighbors' roofs soon. There were a couple of mortar caps that were cracked in half and needed to be replaced. Jesus not only replaced the caps but he saw a couple other areas on the roof that also needed attention. I requested 4 quotes from different companies. Jesus at Innova was the quickest response, walked me around on my roof and showed me everything he would do and cover as part of his quote for service. None of the other three companies that had four stars or higher took the time to show me anything, they just gave a quote and a higher price, some much higher.
