At the agreed upon time, Elvis, the owner, arrived with Corey, one of the team members, to review the project. They provided detailed information on the work that would need to be performed and the cost. It was all very professional and, I must say, quite impressive. When I accepted the quote, a date and time to complete the project was set. Elvis, Corey, and Chase arrived on time and began the work. They kept me updated on what was being done to correct the problems. In my situation, the issue was several doors not closing appropriately, one of the doors being my very large, very heavy front door. When all work was complete, they invited me to check each of the doors to ensure it was working as I expected. They completed all of the necessary paint touch ups and did a very thorough clean up. There were several obstacles - hard to find items, cabinets that the supplier kept "promising", even our dryer vent ended up being too small outlets and wire that were hard to find. He was great at problem solving and found us another cabinet supplier when the other was dragging and built the cabinets themselves for us due to timing! They did a good job, finished when they said it was going to be finished, and quickly took care of a couple of items that we brought to their attention afterwards. Dan did work for me in 2009 block fence was happy with him then but he has changed over the years…read moreand now I am I unhappy customer with him because Dan came to give me a quote and measurement and then came back to give me a date for May 3rd 2021 he let me have my chain link fence moved because of that date and I'm 77 years of age and I also moved all the Rocks back for him to do a block fence around my front yard and he knew that and saw that. I had did all that work from 8 p.m. till 2:30 a.m. in the morning non-stop except for drinking water he gave the neighbor a card next door to me that is a problem maker Mel Benson and I told Dan ahead of time that he was a troublemaker. Dan knew this when he gave me a date Sunday. Dan told me on the phone that he was postponing my work for a couple days because of my creepy neighbor that has some problems and alcoholic. Then Monday I tried contacting Dan and he would not answer the phone to me or call me back whatsoever. until late that evening. I finally got ahold of him and he answered. Dan was nice on the phone but refuse to come and do the job I'm very disappointed with him . because he should never let someone else bully and be controlling over a job I hired him for.
