I had a Great Experience with Nick and Kristen from Tub Doctor AZ. While they are in Mesa, they pretty much serve the Valley. We had a 23 Year Original Aqua Glass Fiber Glass Shower/Tub that the Finish was wearing off and we had chips from things falling from Suction Cup Hook Failures. We tried to patch our self and let's just say I am the Anti-Handy Christ. I didn't want to replace the Tub or do a Full Bath remodel, so I did some Online Googly Goo and stumbled on Tub Doctor AZ that could repair and refinish the Tub. I was impressed by cost to repair as it was very affordable. While the estimates may vary depending on how bad your tub is and what needs to be repaired, my Job was $750.00. Our Technician Dave was Awesome! We had a Leak in the Faucet so on Day one I had to call a Plumber to replace the Faucet Cartridge as the Drips could have impacted the Paint Finish before it cured. I appreciate that Dave explained the risk to the Warranty if he had proceeded without repair. The Warranty is 5 Years. I have attached before and after Pics and we were absolutely amazed at the outcome! My only recommendation for anyone considering this is to do it in the Winter or Early Spring when you can leave your windows open during the Paint Coating and Cure Process. This service is well worth it versus spending thousands on a full replacement or Bathroom Remodel. We will be repeat customers!!!! read more

John was at my home today to repair a crack in my master shower that left about a dime size black hole in my white fiberglass floor but now it looks perfect and you would never know it was repaired. More so than his efficiency and expertise in this repair, he took it upon myself to contact my builder to get this covered. Tub Doctor?!?! Was Tub MAGICIAN taken?! I wish I had taken a before picture because the after picture is nothing but a tub because of the amazing work they did restoring it. Short story I bought a house a year ago and there was a hole in the tub that I didn't see because it was on the edge closest to us. Previous owner had tried to patch it with what I'm assuming is a drywall patch because there was a gray spot there. So really we had only been able to use half a tub for about a year now and I finally decided to do something about it. And by me I mean I told my wife to find someone.. 15 min later I have a tub that looks brand new and he even fixed a ding on the other side of the tub I didn't even know was there! We have had trouble with cracks in the floor of our master bath fiberglass shower, and previous repairs have all failed. Saw Nick in his truck in our neighborhood and stopped him to talk. He gave us his card and we set up appointment to have him give us an estimate and go over what he would do. The next week, he arrived on time and did a great job on repairing our shower floor - looks great! I wanted to wait after we had used the shower enough times to feel comfortable that the repair will hold up - I'm about 230 lbs, and the floor feels sturdy and the finish looks great - highly recommend, Nick did a great job for us, for what we think is a very reasonable cost. read more

We had a wonderful experience with this company. I was able to schedule the repair through email, and was also able to receive the quote through email. They were able to schedule us within the week, and he was able to work around our schedule as well. John was very professional, and completely cleaned up afterwards. He explained the process to me, and was very detailed with what to do after he had finished. We had a small crack in our Fiberglass tub, and I can't even tell where the crack is now. I can't tell you how happy I've been with their service and product. I think he's a magician! The shower he repaired was about 12 inches long. Let me just start by saying...THANX. I was told by more than one company that i needed a new tub. Thankfully i found Tub Doctor he not only filled the 7in Y shaped crack in the bottom of my tub, but he also filled underneath my tub with a two part foam so that this would never happen again. I feel bad about not taking before photo's because the end product looks exactly like a new tub. This is my first time in a long time im leaving a good review. My wife and I needed a new shower pan for our 2005 5th wheel. The problem was many. The new pan is a different design which required a new back wrap and then the shower panels would no longer fit. I started my search with the old RV traders in mesa. This turned out to be a disaster as the referral I got never showed to even look at it. I noticed an add in our local resort monthly newsletter. I called Nick, he came out & gave me two options, a simple repair of the cracks or a refinish. We opted for the refinish. I left Nick a key as we were gone for the holiday. The entire process took several visits, nick kept me posted via txt. He then sent me a photo of the finished product. I have only one regret, that is that I did not take a before photo, OMG it looks amazing. The new shower and back wrap would have cost over 900.00 plus tax, the shipping alone was over 600.00. I then would have had to modify the 3 shower panels. This entire job cost us 300.00 it looks better then when we bought the coach brand new in 2005. He re-textured it, matched the color of back wrap and put a seal coat on. I can say one thing for certain, Nick is not only a very nice guy, he is an artist. I knew Nick, the new owner, when he was a technician for BathTech, which is no longer in business, I think due to retirement. Nick bought the business and I'm sooo glad, he's a master at tub and sink refinishing--very meticulous and I find him trustworthy enough that I have given hhim keys to empty unit that I'm rehabbing between rentals.
