I filled out the online service request 2+ weeks ago. No response and not even an acknowledgement. I sent an email 2 days later. Again, no response and not even an acknowledgement. I tried calling 2 days later. The call goes to voicemail and says the mailbox is full so I cannot leave a message! I contacted the corporate head-office in Calgary. After two voice messages and sending an online message, I received a call after 4-5 days. They also reported they could not contact the local rep and that the voicemail box was full.
