Saul responded very quickly tonight email and was able to come over that same week. One of the tears he repaired completely seamlessly; I can't even tell where it is. The more tricky one is just barely visible, you would have to have known where it was and be looking very closely at the bottom of the couch cushion to see it. I had bought a high end pearl white sectional leather couch almost 2 years ago. I noticed in two sections, the seam has come undone. I first looked up reviews of about 10 leather restoration companies, and this company was the best. I then attached images (see attached) of my issue. I got very high quotes from most companies, and when I inquired about how they would fix the seams (which were sewn inward and invisible) most said they would have to repair it with the seams now showing from this point going forward, which was not acceptable. One woman said I needed to get new leather on the entire couch, which I scoffed at. Fibrenew gave me one of the most conservative quotes (within 275-340) for 2 3 inch areas with the seams becoming undone. Unlike others, all he needed was pictures, and explained over the phone how he would repair it so it would look as it did before, with an inverse stitch style. After an hour and a half, both were fixed, and he said they would be the strongest part of the couch now as he used strong stitching. I was very happy with him from first contact, to reminding me a few days before, to arriving on time and finishing ahead of schedule. A +, the best service for the cheapest price. You don't find that often. Recommend to all, including my mom who has some leather issues right now with her couch. read more

He is a true artist! Our leather Natuzzi couches had some wear to them and we were about to try to get them reupholstred when I found Fibrenew. We love our white leather sofa but over the past few years, the sofa because damaged and stained and looked very used and with guests coming for the holidays, we searched quickly to find a new sofa. I'm going to try to post before and after pics to show how Fibrenew saved my leather chair. Basically, it's an Eames-style recliner that has sentimental value because it's been in the family for years. The leather on the seat was so worn away that I just kept it covered with a throw blanket, because every re-upholstering quote I've gotten is way beyond my budget. The first thing I liked about Saul is that he was extremely honest. He said that the chair really wasn't "repairable" and that without reupholstering it there was no way it could look like new. But he said he'd try to make it look a lot better. So I decided to take a chance. I'm amazed by the results. He worked on it in my apartment so he wouldn't have to charge me for pick up and delivery. It took a few hours and at $500 was definitely worth it. You can't really tell this because of lighting differences in the photos, but he matched the color perfectly. Wow!!!! I have been waiting for a company like Fibrenew and a pro like Saul for a while. I had bought couches about 12 years ago that were beautiful. So much so, I kept them covered for years to keep them perfect. About 5 years in, I decided to uncover them and "live life/enjoy". Unfortunately, due to their light color, our cat and just normal use they really started to get worn down. Saul fixed the couches and some leather chairs and i have to say they looked like they did when they arrived from Italy. In addition, Saul is honest, hard working, highly skilled in his field and incredibly knowledgeable about fabrics, leather in particular in my case.
