Not only did the company strip down the wooden door they also cleaned up and recoated the original hardware. The door looks INCREDIBLE. It was stripped of its old coatings, sanded, restained to match the original color and sealed. I have no reason to embellish this: the door looks BRAND NEW. Ian even searched around and found new escutcheons to replace the ones that were missing as long as we've owned the house. We're more than happy with the job: we're ecstatic! Dan came out the next day to size up the job. He was prompt and very knowledgeable about what Jeff was looking to have done. The patio door was ordered and came in approximately 3 weeks later. Dan and his crew were able to come out to do the job within a couple of days and completed the job in a day and a half just like he promised. They cleaned up and the installation went smoothly.
