Today, I got the sweetest surprise... my friend sent me an order from Ficelle Bakery at River Landing in Miami, and wow... I think I just found my new go-to pastry spot! I'm a huge fan of baked goods (seriously, pastries are my weakness), so I was beyond excited to try their croissants. I had the Pain au Chocolat and the Almond Croissant, and while both were amazing, the Almond Croissant completely stole my heart. Flaky, buttery, and packed with that sweet almond fillin...was absolute perfection! Pro tip: Pop it in the oven for a few minutes to get it beautifully crisp on the outside while staying soft and delicious inside. Everything about this bakery screams quality and craftsmanship. From the texture to the flavor, you can tell these are made with love and skill. I already know this won't be my last visit. I can't wait to stop by in person and try more of their menu. If you're looking for a bakery to check out and love pastries as much as I do, Ficelle Bakery is a must-visit!

We have been meaning to try this place for a while since we come to Riverlanding more often. We were not disappointed! Very nice service, our order cane out fast, and all of the food was delicious and fresh. There's seating both inside and outside, and it's perfect for either a quick bite or a full breakfast. Cant wait to come back!

I think this place is too expensive for what it is. The portions are small and they use paper plates which makes it look very cheap. The food is really good tho. I recommend the quinoa bowl with chicken, totally worth it. The coffees are really good too, but the pasty's are a bit over hyped. I wouldn't recommend this place but I would come back for a bowl and cappuccino.

Delicious pastries with yet limited variety because they sell out fast. Great quality and cute decor. I would go back but eat out on the river walk , very cute and trendy

My review is based on multiple visits. My daughters and I love this bakery when we decided to do a little shopping. The Norwegian is a staple, very fresh, and worth the $12.95. Cappuccino is so delicious, I enjoy every sip. I've ordered the L'Italiano, which was a little too oily on my last visit. Their croissant sandwiches are delicious as well, my favorite is the turkey. The wait online and to get your food/drinks is fairly quick. Everything is fresh, and they have a nice variety of pastries. Now let's talk customer service during our Sept 21 visit. The young lady serving us the wrong order had one hell of an attitude after I told her the items she was giving us were not ours. I had to literally pull out my receipt to prove my point. It isn't a nice feeling when you have your 16 - and 19-year-old daughters questioning why she was treating us this way. After about 10-15mins she returned with the correct order. I didn't expect an apology, nor did i want to further ruin my day by having her acknowledge that whatever it is that she going through should not be reflected on customers . This is the only thing that left a bad taste during our visit and my reason for 3 stars. Will we be back, yes.

The pistachio danish is so gooood! Make sure it's warm. Ambience and service is great will definitely go back here.

Stepped in to Ficelle for some coffee after a day of shopping. The coffee was extremely delicious and the service was great! It was a bit packed, I think they should expand. :) They gave us samples of bread that was really good as well. Can't wait to return to try the pastries.

Ficelle is a family owned artisanal French bakery on the first floor of the River Landing. The definition of Ficelle is skinny baguette which is their signature bakery item. Ficelle is owned by three brothers, Olivier, Dimitri, and Anthony Rizk who worked at their uncles bakery, Delicas De France before attending Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts. In 2019 Olivier won the top prize for the best baguette in New York. Covid drew the brothers back together to their hometown of Miami where they achieved their dream of opening their own bakery in 2020. Their next goal is to open a baking facility that can supply high end restaurants with their bread. You feel like you have wandered into a boulangerie in Paris far removed from Miami when you walk in the door. A coffee bar is on one side and glass cases filled with appealing sweets and savories are on the opposite wall. There is a window where you can watch people making pastries and baking. For dining in there are several options. There are a few tables inside and stools at the coffee bar counter. More seating is available out front or you can sit on a bench and take in a beautiful view of the water along the Miami River. Ficelle is a great place to get lunch. They even have Wi-fi if you need to make it a working lunch. They are especially known for their baguettes and French pastries. I popped in looking for a little caffeine refresh after shopping the mall and was greeted with so many tempting options. I finally decided on an iced mocha latte and chocolate croissant which they warmed for me. C'est magnificient! It was one of the best chocolate croissants I have ever eaten and the taste of the rich coffee sweetened with the indulgent chocolate was luxurious. My afternoon refreshment was pure bliss. While waiting for my order the strawberry eclair, elegant mousse cakes, and chicken pie caught my eye and I'm still kicking myself that I didn't get a baguette to take home. I will just have to come back sooner than later!

After a trip to Paris, we were really missing the pastries. But luckily Miami is having an identity crisis and keeps opening French inspired bakeries in every corner lol (not complaining) But Ficelle definitely stands out! The chocolate croissant here is to die for. When you walk in you see all the pastries waiting for you behind the glass. They also have fresh loaves of bread for purchase. (Which can be sliced as well). We walked up to the register to order and the girl was very helpful. It was our first time there. I ordered a sandwich and a chocolate croissant. She asked if we wanted the croissant heated. So I said yes. After paying you're given a number and you take a seat and wait for your food to be brought out. It's a small really cozy cafe style place. Love the vibe. Heated croissant? Best decision ever!! Please ask for your chocolate crossaint heated! The chocolate was ooey and gooey and sooooo amazing!! The pastry itself was flaky. Delicious! The sandwich was good too but the star was definitely the croissant. I didn't get coffee this time around. But I will be back for some soon!

This place is known to have the best baguette and they do not fail to carry that name. The bread are super fresh with the crispy exterior and soft interior (what I love to look for in a baguette). We got the epi baguette which looks like smaller baguettes on a larger baguette. This one was perfect for those who loves the crunchiness of the skin. They do offer other bakery items such as pastery and sandwiches which you can dine in at their cafe.

Their pastries and croissants are legit! We just came back from Paris and their quality is pretty close to the real ones. We tried their chocolate croissant "pain au chocolat" and it was delicious! We also tried their Italian sandwich which was ok. The bread was amazing tho. But it was a standard good light sandwich. I think where they excell is their pastries. Very nice employees working there and the area is super cute.

Was visiting a friend who lives in the River Landing buildings upstairs, so I figured I'd check out the local bakery downstairs. They had a plethora of offerings, but I was in the mood for something savoury and buttery, so I went with the turkey/cheese croissant for myself and the chocolate almond croissant for my friend. Both were extremely flaky and the folds were really impressive. They didn't feel dense at all, and had a buttery richness that didn't make you feel like you were cheating too badly. My only gripe is that the croissant was a little crispy in some flakes, where I would have liked it to be smoother. Otherwise, solid snacks. I heard their breakfast sandwiches are good too, but they're too pricey for my blood.

I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Store is very clean with adequate seating. The vibe was nice... The strawberry eclair is AMAZING . It was so fresh. Not too sweet. I took my mom the turkey and cheese sandwich and a key lime tart. She said both were delicious. The juices were good. I spent $35 on 5 items. The quality of the items made it worth it. I will be back again.
