There's no seating and no public restrooms--just a straightforward counter for takeout or picking up pre-orders. On weekends, the line definitely snakes around the building if you don't arrive early, but they keep spirits high with a flavored water dispenser and the occasional sample to tease your tastebuds. From baked goods to breads to even some savory treats, you want to check this gem out! The baked goods are a total evolution of the craft. Their filled croissants are legendary, with the Dulce de Leche and Pistachio being absolute fan favorites that live up to the hype. If you're looking for their mini croissants, just keep in mind those are made to order. However, the true star of the show is the Pavlova. It is a next-level masterpiece, but it requires a few days' notice, so make sure to plan your visit accordingly. It's a hidden Miami treasure that proves you don't need a fancy dining room when the food is this good.

They are also very kind and patient with the wave of students that come in every morning and afternoon--as a parent I really appreciate this! The brioche is incredibly fluffy, and that thick-cut, salty candied bacon on top creates the perfect sweet-and-savory profile. * Guava & Cheese: A total Miami classic. The whipped cream cheese and guava swirl are so nostalgic but elevated. * Boston Cream: Hands down one of the best I've had. The chocolate ganache is rich, and the filling isn't overly sweet--it's just right. * White Chocolate Tres Leches: If you want something decadent, this is it. It's soaked to perfection and topped with that toasted meringue that looks as good as it tastes. The Vibe:

YES ITS OFFICALLY A STAPLE…read more This is proof of baking perfection. We normally rarely visit the same place within a few months. But Baker 305 has been the exception. Once again not one pastry let me down. Blueberry and cheese danish, Rocher croissant (yes Ferrero Rocher) amazing; we repeated the pistachio New York style croissant; and a NEW biscotti style cookie croissant (HEAVEN). The banana créame croissant is best described as refreshing with its primary focus on brining out the flavor of the actual banana not mounds of of sugar. We also had two baked empanadas that where excellent. I preferred these over any of the ones I'd had a several places given their soft light feel to them. The ham and cheese one was delicious. Finally had another egg and cheese quiche which has nearly a creme brûlée like sweetness that perfectly balances the savory baked egg dish. Definitely worth trying again. So ask yourself. When was the last time a bakery review had someone come by and have to rave about their experience again? You just found the place.
