Delicious focaccia sandwich. You can customize it too. I added burrata pesto ham to it. Bread is made in-house. The pastries were already gone by the time I came so I'll have to come back to try them. Service was good too. :) Parking on the street was easy to find on a Sunday afternoon.

This hidden gem opened up a few months ago in north Miami Beach. Close to 74th and Collins passing Burgers & Shakes. Expect lines outside. You can smell a hint of fresh sourdough and delicious pastries once you finally get to enter. The sourdough was perfection. Also, I took home the focaccia bread, cinnamon bun, and almond croissant. The bread is so soft and moist in the inside. This is my new go to neighborhood spot. Love the changes that is bringing new businesses. Everything you get is snacking and you will want to keep coming to try it all! They do serve coffee as well!

A+ for high quality attention to ingredients and preparation here! Everything else was meh. First of all, I think this place and the yoga center next door are a disturbing harbinger of bad things to come to North Beach. There was a line out the door and a LOT of douchey people patronizing this business. Do they all live in North Beach, or did the bat signal call them here? I almost feel more comfortable with the mentally deranged homeless people wandering around than the Lulu Lemon yoga ladies. If it means my home increases in value, I guess that's a good thing. The "ancient grains" are an interesting way to charge more for bread. I think the price is justified because those random odd grains don't have as long a shelf life as plain old wheat. Are they better than plain old wheat? IDK, as long as it's not Wonder bread, it's fine by me. The subtle nuances of most things organic, macrobiotic, farm-to-table and whatever the trend du jour is are lost on me. The pastries look beautiful; I do not eat pastry as I don't enjoy consuming buttery sawdust and then having the oil slick hang around inside my mouth for the rest of the day. Larry had an egg and cheese on a croissant, which we ate there. They have a small counter for dining in the back where you can get a front row seat to see the bakers in action. I found that very entertaining and the best part of the visit. The dining area is quite small; however, and there was a group of women sitting next to us TALKING IN ALL CAPS. Kudos to them for taking a risk in this area; they seem to have found a good following. I will enjoy eating the bread that Larry S. brings home from here in the future

Organic and ancient grains milled in house and made daily.... This is one of my favorite places. The ingredients stay fresh, as they are constantly selling. The business seems to be nonstop whenever I visit. The people who work here are very kind. Yesterday, I took a loaf of protein bread into work for a breakfast meeting. No one ate the other food that was brought. Everyone at work went crazy for the loaf of bread. It was delicious on its own. It didn't even taste like protein. It just tasted like delicious, homemade bread! On my way home, I had to stop and buy a new loaf of bread for myself. I got the Kalmut which is good for the heart, apparently. I wish they had more promotions and sales, but they don't need to do promotions because I believe they sell out every day. It feels like a local, Mom and Pop shop because it is a local, Mom and Pop shop - very small, friendly, and cozy. I think they have the best ham croissants in Miami-Dade. The Pain au Chocolat is quite rich and delicious, as well as the pistachio croissant. The almond honey cake is my favorite fermented cake. I also enjoy the Pineapple cake. The only one I didn't go crazy for was the gluten free banana cake. It was the last piece so obviously it sold quickly. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't as impressive as everything else in the store.

Super friendly team and easily the best plain croissant I've ever had. Warmed up, it melts in your mouth and has that perfect doughy pull. Definitely worth the stop.

This place has only been open for a year. We loved our if Miami 3 years ago. I miss the Miami food scene - it's places like these that make it what it is. Yall, my advice to you is to make the line, it moves fast and when you get inside, TREAT YOURSELF. The most perfect salmon cheese and chives toast is here. THE CROISSANTS ARE INSANE. So SO BUTTERY, toasty and soft. The sweets are just as good as they look. I had to take a pause from eating to stop the tears from rolling down my face. Truly phenomenal.

Yasssss for the sourdough movement!!! This cute artisanal bakery is in the middle of north beach in a cozy little shop that takes you on a trip to Paris when you enter through the doors. Greeted by a friendly staff (sometimes the owner) there are several different types of homemade pastries, different kinds of breads, and breakfast bites! There is something for everyone who wants savory or sweet. You can get a warm loaf of bread and a sweet treat for later! Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in the area! Pro tip, go early in the morning as they tend to sell out quickly. Oh and ask to have your loaf sliced so it's easy to snack on as you head home ;)

Everything about it gives "special occasion" energy, from the presentation of cakes to the way the shop feels curated and elevated. This is not a bakery but more of a pickup your order place. Food (5/5) This is where Frudeco really leans into the luxury Miami cake aesthetic. The cakes and cupcakes are beautifully designed, highly detailed, and made to look like they belong at a celebration where presentation matters just as much as flavor. The pricing reflects that premium feel too -- cupcakes start around $22 for a 3-pack and go up to about $98 for a dozen, so this is definitely a splurge, but one that feels consistent with the quality and styling. It's the kind of dessert that feels more like edible decor than an afterthought. Their site shows elaborate vintage, wedding, anniversary, and themed cakes, with prices that reflect that premium presentation. I've ordered cupcakes for my daughter's birthdays. Vibe The vibe is chic, celebratory, and very Miami in the best way. Frudeco has that polished, high-end feel that makes it perfect for birthdays, weddings, baby showers, and any event where the cake needs to make a statement. It feels less like stopping by for dessert and more like picking up a centerpiece.

The display cases are gorgeous, packed with pastries, chocolates, gelato, and desserts that look like they were crafted by someone who takes sugar very seriously. The quality is solid across the board: rich flavors, clean execution, and that little touch of indulgence you expect from a resort of this caliber. The coffee is strong, smooth, and exactly what you need before a pool day or after a late night. Service is friendly and efficient, even when the line gets long (and it will). The team keeps things moving without making you feel rushed, which is impressive given the constant flow of guests. Prices are definitely on the higher side, but that's the Fontainebleau effect -- you're paying for convenience, quality, and the ability to grab a beautiful pastry without leaving the property. For a quick breakfast, an afternoon pick‑me‑up, or a late‑night sweet tooth situation, it hits the mark. Overall, Chez Bon Bon is a reliable, delicious stop for coffee and treats inside the resort. Not quite a destination bakery, but absolutely worth the visit when you're staying on‑site. A strong 4‑star experience that adds a sweet little perk to the Fontainebleau stay. Salute
